Latar Belakang: Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat termasuk lansia adalah adanya Upaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat (UKBM) yang meliputi Poskesdes, Polindes, Posyandu, Warung Obat Desa, Pos Obat Desa, Posyandu dan Posbindu. Namun pada masa pandemi Covid-19 pelayanan kesehatan mengalami beberapa perubahan.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan UKBM bagi lanjut usia pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Sumilir Purbalingga.
Metodologi: Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling berjumlah 194 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner SERVQUAL yang merupakan modifikasi dari penelitian serupa. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan UKBM berdasarkan dimensi responsiveness adalah kurang baik (72,7%), reliability dalam kategori baik (74,7%), assurance dalam kategori baik (72,2%), empathy dalam kategori baik (73,2%), dan tangibles dalam kategori baik (79,9%).
Kesimpulan: Kualitas pelayanan UKBM pada masa pandemi Covid-19 bagi lanjut usia di Desa Sumilir termasuk pada kategori baik kecuali dimensi responsiveness pada kategori kurang baik.

Background: One way to improve the health status of the community, including the elderly, is the Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) which include Poskesdes, Polindes, Posyandu, WOD, POD, Posyandu and Posbindu. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, health services underwent several changes.
Aim: This study aims to describe the service quality of UKBM for the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sumilir Village Purbalingga.
Method: This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design. Subject was selected by using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling of 194 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire named SERVQUAL which were modifications of a similar research. Data was analyzed by univariate analysis.
Results: The results found that the service quality of UKBM based on responsiveness dimension was not good (72,7%), reliability was in good category (74,7%), assurance was in good category (72,2%), empathy was in good category (73,2%), and tangibles was in good category (79,9%).
Conclusion: The service quality of UKBM during the pandemic for the elderly in Sumilir village was in good category except for the responsiveness dimension was in not good category.
