| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengkaji kesalahan penggunaan afiks pada artikel opini dalam rubrik opini koran Kdaulatan Rakyat edisi September 2020. Afiksasi merupakan proses pembentukan kata melalui pembubuhan afiks, baik prefiks, infiks, sufiks, konfiks, atau simulfiks. Kesalahan afiksasi termasuk sebuah kesalahan berbahasa dalam bidang morfologi. Apabila sebuah kata mengalami kesalahan afiksasi, kata tersebut berpotensi menjadi bentuk yang tidak baku, sedangkan dalam tulisan resmi terlebih surat kabar yang mengemban fungsi edukasi dan tunduk pada kaidah bahasa baku seharusnya penulis maupun penyunting mampu meminimalkan bahkan menghilangkan kesalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan afiksasi dalam rubrik opini koran Kedaulatan Rakyat edisi September 2020 serta relevansinya terhadap pembelajaran kebahasaan teks artikel opini. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meminimalkan kesalahan penggunaan afiks pada tulisan resmi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian berfokus pada kesalahan afiksasi pada artikel opini dalam rubrik opini koran Kedaulatan Rakyat edisi September 2020. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kalimat-kalimat yang mengandung kesalahan afiksasi. Metode dokumentasi digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data dengan teknik baca dan catat. Metode analisis datanya menggunakan metode agih dengan teknik bagi unsur langsung yang juga sejalan dengan teknik analisis unsur bawahan langsung atau immediate constituent analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan kesalahan penggunaan afiks dalam rubrik opini koran Kedaulatan Rakyat edisi September 2020. Kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut meliputi kesalaahan penggunaan prefiks, konfiks, dan simulfiks. Secara keseluruhan jumlah kesalahan penggunaan afiks yang ditemukan sebanyak 62 kesalahan, meliputi 41 kesalahan prefiks, 8 kesalahan konfiks, dan 13 kesalahan simulfiks. Hasil penelitian relevan dengan pembelajaran kebahasaan teks artikel opini, guna dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar untuk memahami kaidah penggunaan afiks agar terhindar dari penggunaan bahasa tidak baku pada kata berafiks saat menulis sebuah artikel opini. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study examines errors in the use of affixes in opinion articles in the opinion rubric of the September 2020 edition of the People’s Sovereignty newspaper. Affixation is the process of forming words through affixing affixes, either prefixes, infixes, suffixes, confixes, or simulfixes. Affixation error is a language error in morphology. If a word has an affixation error, the word has the potential to become a non-standard form, while in official writing, especially newspapers that carry out an educational function and are subject to standard language rules, writers and editors should be able to minimize or even eliminate these errors. The purpose of this study is to describe affixation errors in the opinion rubric of the September 2020 edition of the People’s Sovereignty newspaper and its relevance to linguistic learning of opinion article texts. This research is expected to minimize errors in the use of affixes in official writing. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research focuses on affixation errors in opinion article in the opinion rubric of the September 2020 edition of the People’s Sovereignty newspaper. The data in this study are sentences that contain affixation errors. Documentation method is used in the process of collecting data with reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis methode uses agih method with techniques for direct elements which are also in line with immediate constituent analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, the researcher found errors in the use of affixes in the opinion rubric of the September 2020 edition of People’s Sovereignty newspaper. The errors included errors in the use of prefixes, confixes, and simulfixes. Overall, the number of errors in using affixes found was 62 errors, including 41 prefix errors, 8 confix errors, and 13 simulfix errors. The results of the research are relevance to the linguistic learning of opinion article texts, to be used as teaching materials to understand the rules of using affixes to avoid using non-standard language in affixed words when writing an opinion article. |
