| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kependidikan dapat mempengaruhi proses belajar dan kualitas lulusan institusi. Kelelahan yang terjadi dapat ditimbulkan dari besarnya beban kerja mental yang dimiliki tenaga kependidikan akibat peran dan tugas tenaga kependidikan yang penting dalam suatu institusi Pendidikan sehingga perhitungan beban kerja sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar penugasan tenaga kependidikan dapat terukur. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan beban kerja mental dengan kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (FK Unsoed). Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional pada tenaga kependidikan FK Unsoed dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data beban kerja mental menggunakan Kuesioner National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA TLX) dan kelelahan kerja menggunakan Kuesioner Fatigue Assesment Sclae (FAS). Analisis hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik spearman rank. Hasil: Hasil pengukuran beban kerja mental ringan, sedang dan berat pada tenaga kependidikan FK Unsoed secara berturut-turut sebesar 5,5%, 76,4%, dan 18,2%. Tenaga kependidikan dengan kelelahan kerja sebesar 32,7% dan tidak ada kelelahan sebesar 67,7%. Hasil uji kolerasi spearman didapatkan nilai p=0,325. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara hubungan beban kerja mental dengan kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Work fatigue on educational staff can affect the process of study and quality of institute’s graduates. Fatigue can happen from big amount of educational staff’s mental work load caused by their role and duty which very important at educational institute. Therefore, figuring mental work load are very important so that the duty and role can be calculated. Objective: To determine the relationship between mental workload and work fatigue on educational staff at Faculty of Medicine Jenderal Soedirman University. Methods: An analytic observational study with cross-sectional model was conducted among educational staff at Faculty of Medicine Jenderal Soedirman University with purposive sampling technique. Data of mental workload were collected using NASA TLX questionnaire and work fatigue were collected using FAS questionnaire. Hypothesis was analysed using Spearman Rank. Results: The level of mental workload on educational staff at Faculty of Medicine Jenderal Soedirman University in the mild category is 5,5%, moderate is 76,4%, and high is 18,2%. Meanwhile, there are 32,7% staff having work fatigue and 67,7% staff are not having work fatigue. The result of hipotesis analytic using spearman rank is p=0,325. Conculusion: There is no correlation between mental workload and work fatigue on educational staff at Faculty of Medicine Jenderal Soedirman University. |
