| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) adalah badan usaha yang seluruh atau sebagian besar modalnya dimiliki oleh negara melalui penyertaan secara tanggung jawab yang berasal dari kekayaan negara yang dipisahkan. Perusahaan yang dimiliki oleh BUMN harus menerapkan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG). GCG diharapkan mampu membantu perusahaan-perusahaan untuk keluar dari krisis ekonomi serta mampu membantu perusahaan dalam rangka menghadapi arus globalisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Penerapan GCG di PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan yang menggunakan konsepsi legistis positivis. Spesifikasi penelitan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan sumber data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, teori hukum, dan arsip perusahaan serta data primer melalui wawancara di kantor pusat PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balongan, dengan model penyajian data menggunakan bentuk teks naratif dan model analisis data secara normatif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balongan telah menerapkan kelima prinsip GCG yang terdiri dari prinsip Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Pertanggungjawaban, Kemandirian, dan Kewajaran dengan baik sesuai dengan Peraturan Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor: PER-01/MBU/2011 Tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan Yang Baik Pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara serta ketentuan interal maupun eksternal. |

Inggris) | State-Owned Enterprises are business entities whose entire or most of the capital is owned by the state through responsible participation originating from separated state assets. Companies owned by State-Owned Enterprises must apply the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). GCG is expected to be able to help companies to get out of the economic crisis and be able to assist companies in dealing with the currents of globalization. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of GCG in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balongan. The research method used is a normative juridical legal research method with an approach that uses a positivist legislative conception. The research specification uses descriptive research, using secondary data sources in the form of legislation, legal theory, and company archives as well as primary data through interviews at the head office of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balongan, with a data presentation model using a narrative text form and a qualitative normative data analysis model. The results showed that PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balongan has implemented the five principles of GCG which consist of the principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness in accordance with the State Regulation of State-Owned Enterprises Number: PER-01/MBU/2011 concerning the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance.
