| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | This research is a type of quantitative research in 98 employees of Rita Supermall Purwokerto. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of financial on financial planning for retirement. The population used in this study were employees of Rita Supermall Purwokerto with age on 30-40 years old. Determination of the sample using the interval estimate method. The results showed that the financial literacy, financial attitude, income and socio economic condition had a positive effect on financial planning for retirement. |
