| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Angka Kematian Ibu Hamil masih tergolong tinggi, di Kabupaten Grobogan sebanyak 31 kasus pada tahun 2020. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kehamilan risiko tinggi. Dipelukannya self efficacy yang baik dalam menghadapi kehamilan risiko tinggi. Self efficacy dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah dukungan suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara dukungan suami terhadap self efficacy pada ibu hamil yang berisiko tinggi. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan desain cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Brati Kabupaten Grobogan. Pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan hasil sebanyak 116 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen dukungan suami dan self efficacy yang diambil dan dimodifikasi dengan penelitian serupa. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan chi-square. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata usia responden yakni 29,78 tahun, (48,3%), merupakan tamatan SMA, (61,2%), ibu multipara, Taraf mendapat dukungan suami kategori baik (74,1%), self efficay ibu kuat (59,5%). Hasil uji korelasi chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan self efficacy ibu hamil risiko tinggi (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat Hubungan yang Signifikan antara Dukungan Suami terhadap Self Efficacy pada Ibu Hamil yang Berisiko Tinggi. Semakin baik dukungan suami, maka semakin kuat self efficacy ibu hamil. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The Maternal Mortality Rate is still relatively high, in Grobogan Regency as many as 31 cases in 2020. One of the causes is high-risk pregnancies. The need for good self-efficacy in dealing with high-risk pregnancies. Self efficacy is influenced by several factors, one of which is husband's support. This study aims to identify the relationship between husband's support for self-efficacy in high-risk pregnant women. Methods: This study was a correlational research with cross sectional design. This study was conducted out in Puskesmas Brati, Grobogan Regency. This study’s sampling method was purposive sampling, which yielded 116 respondents. This study utilized an husband support and self efficacy instrument adapted from previous studies. Chi-suare test was used to interpret the data in this analysis. Result: The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 29.78 years, (48.3%), was a high school graduate, (61.2%), multiparous mothers, the level of husband support was good category (74.1%), self strong maternal efficay (59.5%). The results of the chi-square correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between husband's support and the self-efficacy of high-risk pregnant women (p=0.000). Conclusion: There is a Significant Relationship between Husband's Support on Self Efficacy in High-Risk Pregnant Women. The better the husband's support, the stronger the self-efficacy of pregnant women. |
