| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Novel merupakan cerita fiksi berisi rangkaian kisah kehidupan para tokoh dan perilakunya yang merepresentasikan kehidupan nyata. Novel tidak terlepas dari konflik yang terjadi antar satu tokoh dengan tokoh lain maupun dengan kelompok. Konflik sosial diakibatkan karena munculnya hubungan sosial antar manusia. Konflik sosial dapat berupa perburuhan, penindasan, percekcokan, peperangan, maupun kasus lain yang berkaitan dengan hubungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) wujud konflik sosial tokoh-tokoh dalam novel Noda Tak Kasat Mata karya Agnes Jessica, (2) relevansi konflik sosial pada novel Noda Tak Kasat Mata karya Agnes Jessica terhadap pembelajaran menganalisis pesan dari buku fiksi. Bentuk penelitian ini ialah kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh berupa kutipan isi novel. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan metode baca, simak, dan catat. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi, dengan penyajian informal. Hasil penelitian terdapat 18 data, 13 data konflik pribadi, dan 5 data konflik politik. Hasil analisis novel ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran sastra karena menggambarkan berbagai konflik sosial di masyarakat, serta sebagai acuan memahami pesan pada buku fiksi. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan media ajar pembelajaran sastra secara luring maupun daring pada siswa kelas XI SMA untuk KD 3.11 menganalisis pesan dari satu buku fiksi yang dibaca. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Novel is a fictional story contains a series stories of the lives of the characters and the behavior that represents real life. Novel is not in spite of the conflicts that occur between one character with another character or with a group. Social conflict caused due to the emergence of social relations between human beings. Social conflict can be in the form of labour, oppression, strife, war, and other cases related to social relations. This study aims to describe (1) Social conflict the characters in the novel Noda Tak Kasat Mata by Agnes Jessica, (2) Relevance of social conflict in the novel Noda Tak Kasat Mata by Agnes Jessica to analyze the message from fiction book. The form of this research is qualitative with descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained in the form of a quote the contents of the novel. The qualitative data obtained by the method of read, listen, and record. Data were analyzed using the method of content analysis, with the presentation of the informal. The results of the research, there are 18 data, 13 data personal conflicts, and 5 data of political conflict. The results of analysis novel can be used as a instructional media of literature because it describes a variety of social conflicts in the society, as well as a reference to understand book on fiction books. This study can be used as a medium of teaching learning of literature in offline and online at students of class XI SMA to KD 3.11 analyzing the message from one fiction book that is read. |
