| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bola voli di Kabupaten Banjarnegara merupakan salah satu olahraga yang sangat digemari mulai dari kalangan masyarakat sampai pelajar. Tujuan olahraga juga sering digunakan untuk mengasah kemampuan berolahraga, guna meraih prestasi di bidang olahraga tersebut. Dalam proses pencapaian prestasi tentunyaa harus dilaksanakan melalui pembinaan serta pengembangan secara terencana, berjenjang, dan berkelanjutan dengan dukungan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kebolahragaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif Bola Voli Pelajar Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi:1) Ketua PBVSI periodee 2021, 2) DINDIKPORA, bidang pembinaan pemuda dan bolahraga, 3) Pelatih berlisensi, 4) Orang Tua atlet 5) Atlet, 6) variabel evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi bbola voli, 7) instrument penelitian menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan evaluasi program dengan model CIPP. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang diperoleh dari pengumpulan data menunjukan; 1) Program pembinaan berjalan dengan baik, 2) Sarana prasarana sudah memadai, 3) Proses recruitment pelatih dan atlet sudah baik, 4) Proses pembinaan atlet berkesinambungan 5) Perolehan prestasi sudah cukup baik. 1) Context Pelaksanaan pembinaan bola voli di Kabupaten Banjarnegara sudah tergolong baik, 2) Input pembinaan bola voli di Kabupaten Banjarnegara sudah tergolong baik, 3) Proses pembinaan bola voli di Kabupaten Banjarnegara sudah baik, 4) Product Pembinaan PBVSI berhasil. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Volleyball in Banjarnegara Regency is one of the most popular sports from the community and students. The purpose of sport is also often used to hone the ability to exercise, achieve achievements in the field of sport. In the process of achieving achievements, of course, it must be carried out through coaching and development in a planned, tier. This research is a descriptive qualitative study of the Banjarnegara Regency student volleyball. The subject in this study includes: 1) pbvsi chairman periode 2021, 2) DINDIKPORA, Field of Youth and Sports Coaching, 3) licensed coach, 4) athlete's parents, 5) athlete, 6) Variable Evaluation of Volleyball Achievement Program Development, 7) Research instruments use observation, documentation and interviews. This research uses program evaluation with the CIPP model. Based on the results of the interviews yielded; 1) The coaching program is running well, 2) The infrastructure is adequate, 3) The recruitment process for coaches and athletes is good, 4) The athlete coaching process is continuous 5) Achievement is good enough. 1) Context The implementation of volleyball coaching in Banjarnegara district is good, 2) Volleyball coaching input in Banjarnegara district is good, 3) Volleyball coaching process in Banjarnegara district is good, 4) PBVSI coaching product is successful. |
