Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar Belakang : Keberhasilan dan prestasi belajar dapat diukur dari indeks prestasi mahasiswa. IP mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh salah satu faktor internal yaitu self directed learning readiness. SDLR sangat penting untuk pencapaian prestasi pada proses belajar mandiri. Pembelajaran yang menuntut mahasiswa untuk aktif belajar mandiri diterapkan pula di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini belum pernah dilakukan di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.
Tujuan : Mengetahui adanya korelasi antara self directed learning readiness dengan indeks prestasi mahasiswa kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.
Metode : Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, sampel diambil dari mahasiswa FK Unsoed dengan besar sampel 189 mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampling dengan purposive samping. Pengambilan data primer dengan kuesioner self directed learning readiness secara online dan pengambilan data sekunder indeks prestasi responden diambil dari bagian akademik FK Unsoed. Analisis data yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil : Persebaran skor self directed learning readiness pada subjek penelitian yaitu kategori rendah (0,00%), sedang (52,38%), dan tinggi (47,62%). Distribusi indeks prestasi subjek penelitian yaitu <2,00 (1,06%), 2,00-2,75 (15,88%), 2,76-3,00 (29,62%), 3,01-3,50 (34,39%), >3,50 (19,05%). Uji korelasi spearman menunjukan hasil yang signifikan bermakna (p=0,000) dengan nilai korelasi 0,495 yang berarti korelasi cukup.
Kesimpulan – Terdapat korelasi antara self directed learning readiness (SDLR) dengan indeks prestasi mahasiswa FK Unsoed.

Background – Learning success and achievement can be measured and seen from the student performance index. Student performance index that may be achieved is influenced by an internal factor such as Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR). SDLR is an important aspect for student’s achievement in self learning process. Learning process that requires students to actively study independently is also applied at the Faculty of Medicine, Jenderal Soedirman University. This study has previously never been conducted on students at the Faculty of Medicine of Jenderal Soedirman University.
Objectives – To identify the relationship between self directed learning readiness and performance index of students at the Faculty of Medicine of Jenderal Soedirman University.
Methods – Observational analytical study with cross-sectional design was conducted, the sample population was taken from students at the Faculty of Medicine of Jenderal Soedirman University with a sample size of 189 students who had met the inclusion criteria. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. Primary data collection using an online self directed learning readiness questionnaire and secondary data collection on the respondent's performance index was taken from the academic section of Faculty of Medicine of Jenderal Soedirman University. Data analysis performed were univariate and bivariate analysis.
Results – The distribution of Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) scores on study subjects were in low (0.00%), moderate (52.38%) and high (47.62%). The distribution of performance index of study subjects was <2.00 (1.06%), 2.00-2.75 (15.88%), 2.76-3.00 (29.62%), 3.01-3.50 (34.39%), >3.50 (19.05%). Spearman correlation test showed significant results (p = 0000) with a correlation value of .495 which meant that the correlation was moderate.
Conclusion – There is a relationship between Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) and the Performance Index of students at the Faculty of Medicine of Jenderal Soedirman University.
