| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Stres dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dari tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan membantu menciptakan lulusan yang baik. Banyaknya tenaga pendidikan yang mengalami stres kerja merupakan dampak dari beban kerja mental yang di luar kapasitas. Tingkat stres tersebut berbeda tergantung dari kapasitas masing-masing individu. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukannya penyeimbangan beban kerja mental dan pengelolaan stres oleh tenaga kependidikan. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan beban kerja mental dengantingkat stres pada tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode : Penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional pada tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data beban kerja mental menggunakan Kuisioner NASA TLX dan tingkat stres menggunakan Kuisioner PSS. Analisis hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rank. Hasil : Frekuensi beban kerja mental pada tenaga kependidikan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada kategori ringan sebesar 27,7%, sedang sebesar 43,1%, dan berat sebesar 29,2%. Sementara itu, tingkat stres dengan kategori ringan sebesar 46,2% , sedang sebesar 53,8%, dan berat sebesar 0,0%. Hasil uji statistik Spearman Rank yaitu p = 0,137. Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan antara hubungan beban kerja mental dengan tingkat stres pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Stress can affect someones work performance in an effort to improve institutional performance. The frequency of stress in education staff is caused by mental workload that demands extra effort out of their capacity. This stress levels may differ according to individual capabilities. Given the importance of the stress impact also the need to manage employees level of stress and mental workload, this study aims to explore the correlation between those variables. Objective: To determine the relationship between mental workload and stress levels on educational staff at Faculty Of Medicine Jenderal Soedirman University. Methods: An analytic observational study with cross-sectional model was conducted among educational staff at Faculty Of Medicine Jenderal Soedirman University with purposive sampling technique. Data of mental workload were collected using NASA TLX questionnaire and stress levels were collected using PSS questionnaire. Hypothesis was analysed using Spearman Rank. Results: The level of mental workload on educational staff at Faculty Of Medicine Jenderal Soedirman University in the mild category is 27,7%, moderate is 43,1%, and high is 29,2%. Meanwhile, the level of stress in low category is 46,2%, moderate level of stress is 53,8% and the high level of stress is 0,0%. The results of Spearman Rank shows p = 0,137. Conculusions: There is no correlation between mental workload and stress levels on educational staff at Faculty Of Medicine Jenderal Soedirman University. |
