| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Judul penelitian ini adalah “Optimalisasi Pembagian Tugas Karyawan Untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Produksi Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan konveksi Kaos Ngapak Purwokerto”. Jenis penelitian adalah studi kasus pada penugasan tenaga kerja pada perusahaan konveksi Kaos Ngapak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui optimal penugasan karyawan pada Kaos Ngapak dan untuk mengetahui besarnya efisiensi biaya produksi yang sebenarnya menurut perusahaan dengan yang seharusnya (menurut metode Hungarian) Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis metode Hungarian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu terbaik untuk mengerjakan tugas menjahit kaos, kemeja, jaket dan produk PDH diperoleh setelah menggunakan metode Hungarian selama 235 menit sedangkan sebelum menggunakan metode Hungarian selama 243,25 menit. Dengan demikian efisiensi waktu selama 8,25 menit. Total biaya produksi Kaos Ngapak dalam memproduksi keempat jenis pakaian setelah alokasi optimal adalah Rp. 338.365 dibandingkan dengan total biaya produksi sebelum penempatan tenaga kerja yang optimal Rp. 343.154 lebih efisien sebesar Rp. 4.789 |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is "Optimizing the Division of Employee Duties to Improve Production Efficiency Case Study at the Ngapak Purwokerto Shirt Convection Company". This type of research is a case study on the assignment of workers to the Ngapak T-shirt convection company. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal assignment of employees to Kaos Ngapak and to determine the actual cost efficiency of production according to the company and what it should be (according to the Hungarian method). In this study using the Hungarian method of analysis. The results showed that the best time to work on the task of sewing t-shirts, shirts, jackets and PDH products was obtained after using the Hungarian method for 235 minutes while before using the Hungarian method for 243.25 minutes. Thus, the time efficiency is 8.25 minutes. The total production cost of the Ngapak T-shirt in producing the four types of clothing after the optimal allocation is Rp. 338,365 compared to the total cost of production before the optimal placement of workers Rp. 343,154 more efficient by Rp. 4.789 |
