| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meneliti tentang realitas sosial serta stigma kegare (najis) yang terjadi pada profesi perias mayat (noukanshi) dalam film Okuribito karya Yojiro Takita. Realitas sosial diteliti menggunakan pendekatan realisme sosialis Georg Lukacs yang membahas tentang realitas objektif, gerak dialektis, refleksi artistik, dan kritis emansipatoris. Selanjutnya terkait stigma kegare yang melekat pada profesi noukanshi akan diteliti berdasarkan konsep kegare sebagai salah satu konsep budaya di Jepang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik simak dan teknik catat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep realisme sosialis yang tergambarkan pada film ini, terdapat 6 data realitas objektif, 2 data gerak dialektis, 3 data refleksi artistik, serta 1 data kritis emansipatoris. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa film Okuribito dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai realitas sosial atas profesi noukanshi di Jepang. Selanjutnya, ditemukan stigma pada profesi noukanshi yang berkaitan dengan konsep kegare jenis shi’e yang melekat pada profesi noukanshi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa stigma kegare melekat pada profesi noukanshi karena pekerjaannya yang mengharuskan bersentuhan langsung dengan sumber kegare, sehingga profesi tersebut dianggap tabu dan dijauhi oleh masyarakat Jepang. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to examine the social reality and the stigma of kegare (impurity) that occurs in the profession of a cadaver (noukanshi) in the film Okuribito by Yojiro Takita. This study used Georg Lukacs socialist realism approach to analyze the social reality which discusses objective reality, dialectical movement, artistic reflection, and emancipatory criticism. Moreover, related the stigma of kegare attached to the noukanshi profession will be analyzed based on the concept of kegare as one of the cultural concepts in Japan. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique used is the listening technique and the note-taking technique. The results of this study indicate that the concept of socialist realism depicted in this film, there are 6 data objective reality, 2 data dialectical motion, 3 data artistic reflection, and 1 data critical emancipatory social reality. From these data, it can be concluded that Okuribito film can provide an overview of the social reality of the noukanshi profession in Japan. Moreover, stigma was found in the noukanshi profession relating to the concept of kegare type shi’e attached to the noukanshi profession. It can be concluded that the stigma of kegare is attached to the noukanshi profession because it requires direct contact with the source of kegare, so that profession is considered taboo and shunned by Japanese society. |
