| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy, risk tolerance, motivasi intrinsik dan persepsi kebebasan dalam bekerja terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 110 responden mahasiswa FEB Unsoed yang telah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan mengedarkan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. (2) Risk Tolerance tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha. (3) Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. (4) Persepsi kebebasan dalam bekerja berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, risk tolerance, intrinsic motivation and perceptions of freedom at work on students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs. The type of research used is quantitative research using survey methods. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling, in order to obtain 110 respondents from FEB Unsoed students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of research and data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) shows that: (1) Self-efficacy has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship. (2) Risk Tolerance does not affect the interest in entrepreneurship. (3) Intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship. (4) Perception of freedom in work has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship. |
