| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengkaji gejala personalisasi dan faksionalisasi yang mewarnai suksesi kandidat ketua partai/capres partai jelang Pemilu 2014 dan 2019 di PKS antara kubu Faksi Keadilan dan Faksi Kesejahteraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) memahami dan mendeskripsikan personalisasi partai politik dan faksionalisasi Anis Matta di Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS); 2) Memahami dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor kontekstual yang mendukung personalisasi partai politik dan faksionalisasi Anis Matta di Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di di DKI Jakarta, khususnya di kantor Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (DPP PKS) ataupun kantor Dewan Pimpinan Nasional Partai Gelombang Rakyat (DPN Partai Gelora). Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Peneliti mewawancarai sebelas orang yang terdiri dari pengurus DPP PKS, pengurus DPN Partai Gelora yang juga eks kader PKS, serta kader-kader ideologis PKS di daerah. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik analisis data interaktif. Sedangkan untuk keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah telah terjadi fenomena personalisasi dan faksionalisasi ketika Anis Matta masih berada di PKS. Image PKS sebagai partai kader yang tidak bergantung pada sosok atau figur elite tertentu seolah buyar karena dominasi ketokohan Anis Matta. Sepanjang berkiprah di PKS, Anis Matta mampu menjadi Sekjen tak tergantikan selama lima belas tahun, membangun AMPM sebagai brand personal yang seolah lebih utama dibandingkan partai, dan ada upaya serius yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan kekuasaan saat menjabat sebagai Presiden PKS. Kemudian Anis Matta juga menjadi sosok penting dibalik pembelahan faksional PKS, yakni antara Faksi Keadilan dan Faksi Kesejahteraan. Istilahnya berganti menjadi Osan (orang sana) yang dianggap cenderung loyal kepada Anis Matta atau mereka yang tidak berkuasa lagi (Anis Matta, Fahri Hamzah, Mahfudz Siddiq dkk), dan Osin (orang sini) yang dianggap loyal ke partai atau kubu yang sedang berkuasa saat ini (rezim Salim Segaf Al-Jufri dan Sohibul Iman). Gagasan Anis Matta tentang partai terbuka menjadi awal mula pembelahan faksional di PKS yang sampai melahirkan konflik internal sampai terbentuknya Partia Gelora. Faksionalisasi di PKS menguat karena personalisasinya Anis Matta dan benturan ideologis pemikirannya. Anis Matta sebagai pemimpin kharismatik, sikap tsiqoh kader PKS yang berlebihan, dan pergulatan identitas PKS menjadi faktor yang mendukung personalisasi dan faksionalisasi Anis Matta di PKS. |

The aims of this study are: 1) to understand and describe the personalization of political parties and the factionalization of Anis Matta in the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS); 2) Understand and explain the contextual factors that support the personalization of political parties and the factionalization of Anis Matta in the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS). This study used qualitative research methods. This research is located in DKI Jakarta, especially in the office of the Central Executive Board of the Prosperous Justice Party (DPP PKS) or the office of the National Leadership Council of the People's Wave Party (DPN Gelora Party). The informant selection technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. Researchers interviewed eleven people consisting of PKS DPP administrators, Gelora Party DPN administrators who were also former PKS cadres, as well as PKS ideological cadres in the regions. While the data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is interactive data analysis technique. As for the validity of the data using data triangulation. The result of this research is that there has been a phenomenon of personalization and factionalization when Anis Matta was still at PKS. The image of PKS as a cadre party that does not depend on certain elite figures or figures seems to have been dispersed due to the dominance of Anis Matta's character. Throughout his tenure at PKS, Anis Matta was able to become the irreplaceable Secretary General for fifteen years, built AMPM as a personal brand that seemed to be more important than the party, and there were serious efforts made to maintain power while serving as PKS President. Then Anis Matta also became an important figure behind the PKS factional division, namely between the Justice Faction and the Welfare Faction. The term changed to Osan (people there) who were considered to tend to be loyal to Anis Matta or those who were no longer in power (Anis Matta, Fahri Hamzah, Mahfudz Siddiq et al), and Osin (people here) who were considered loyal to the party or camp that was in power at the time. this (Salim Segaf Al-Jufri and Sohibul Iman regimes). Anis Matta's idea of an open party became the beginning of the factional division in PKS which led to internal conflict until the formation of the Partia Gelora. Factionalization in PKS was strengthened because of Anis Matta's personalization and ideological clashes of his thoughts. Anis Matta as a charismatic leader, the excessive tsiqoh attitude of PKS cadres, and the struggle for PKS identity are factors that support the personalization and factionalization of Anis Matta in PKS. |
