| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Dalam era globlalisasi, persaingan antar perusahaan tidak dapat dihindari. Di dunia industri persaingan antar perusahaan harus memahami pentingnya memilih supplier yang dapat mengatasi masalah perusahaan sesuai dengan kualitas yang diperlukan dan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pada saat melakukan pemilihan supplier pasti terdapat banyak kriteria-kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Banyaknya kriteria memerlukan adanya pengelompokan dan mereduksi data kriteria yang tidak berhubungan. Metode analisis yang akan digunakan dalam permasalahan ini adalah analisis faktor. Metode yang dapat menyelesaikan pemilihan supplier dengan kriteria-kriteria adalah metode BWM dan PROMETHEE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kriteria yang digunakan perusahaan dalam pemilihan supplier dan menentukan bobot kriteria tersebut serta mendapatkan peringkat supplier sehingga didapatkan supplier terbaik Pengolahan hasil data menggunakan metode BWM, menunjukan bahwa kriteria best dari faktor 1 yaitu kriteria quality menjadi kriteria dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,371. Untuk faktor 2 kriteria best yaitu kriteria Production Facilities & Capacities menjadi kriteria dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,455. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan PROMETHEE dapat dilihat bahwa supplier Toto memiliki nilai urutan prioritas tertinggi yaitu 0,121. Artinya dari kelima supplier supplier Toto memiliki penilaian kriteria terbaik bagi perusahaan PT.Sumber Graha Sejahtera. Untuk supplier terendah yaitu supplier Eko dengan nilai urutan prioritas sebesar -0,060. |

In the world of industrial competition, companies must understand the importance of choosing suppliers who can solve company problems in accordance with the required quality and the time specified. When selecting a supplier, there must be many criteria that are needed. The number of criteria requires grouping and reducing unrelated criteria data. The analytical method that will be used in this problem is factor analysis. Methods that can complete supplier selection with criteria are BWM and PROMETHEE methods. The purpose of this study is to identify the criteria used by the company in selecting suppliers and determining the weight of these criteria and obtaining supplier ratings to obtain the best suppliers. For factor 2, the best criteria, namely the Production Facilities & Capacities Criteria, are the criteria with the highest score of 0.455. Based on the PROMETHEE calculation, it can be seen that the Toto supplier has the highest priority order, namely 0.121. This means that of the five suppliers, Toto's suppliers have the best rating for the company PT.Sumber Graha Sejahtera. The lowest supplier is Eko supplier with a priority order value of -0.060. |
