| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Pengaruh pemberian pupuk urea dan NZEO SR Plus coating pada tanah inseptisol terhadap respon fisiologis dan efisiensi agronomis tanaman padi; 2). Pengaruh pemberian beberapa dosis N terhadap respon fisiologis dan efisiensi agronomis tanaman padi pada tanah inseptisol; 3). Jenis pupuk dan dosis N terbaik untuk meningkatkan respon fisiologis dan efisiensi agronomis tanaman padi pada tanah inseptisol. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Karangsari Kec.Waled, Kab. Cirebon dan Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian Unsoed dari bulan Agustus 2020 sampai Februari 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu pemberian macam pupuk dengan taraf P1: pupuk urea, P2: pupuk NZEO SR Plus coating 1%, P3: pupuk NZEO SR Plus coating 3%. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian dosis N dengan taraf N0: dosis N 0 kg/ha, N1: dosis N 100 kg/ha, N2: dosis N 200 kg/ha. Variabel penelitian meliputi luas daun, indeks luas daun, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, kehijauan daun, kerapatan dan lebar bukaan stomata, berat kering tanaman, laju asimilasi bersih, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, laju pertumbuhan relatif, kadar nitrogen, panjang malai, jumlah bulir permalai, kadar air gabah panen, berat gabah 1000 biji, berat gabah perumpun, berat gabah perhektar, dan efisiensi agronomi. Data dianalisis menggunakan anova dan apabila berbeda nyata maka diuji lanjut menggunakan DMRT pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pupuk NZEO SR Plus coating meningkatkan luas daun dan indeks daun tanaman 4 mst, jumlah anakan umur 6 mst, lebar bukaan stomata, berat kering tanaman 8 mst, panjang malai, jumlah bulir permalai, berat 1000 biji, berat gabah perumpun, kadar nitrogen dan berat gabah perhektar. Peningkatan dosis nitrogen meningkatkan luas daun 4 mst, indeks luas daun tanaman 4 dan 8 mst, jumlah anakan 4-8 mst, kehijauan daun, berat kering tanaman 4-8 mst, laju asimilasi bersih, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, laju pertumbuhan relatif, kadar air panen, berat gabah perhektar, kadar nitrogen dan efisiensi agronomi. Perlakuan pupuk NZEO SR Plus coating 3% dengan dosis 200 kg/ha mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman, hasil panen, dan efisiensi agronomi yang terbaik. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research was aimed to study: 1). The effect of urea and NZEO SR Plus coating fertilizer on physiological responses and agronomic efficiency of rice plants on inceptisols; 2). The effect of doses of N on the physiological response and agronomic efficiency of rice plants on inceptisols; 3). The type of fertilizer and the best dose of N to increase the physiological response and agronomic efficiency of rice plants on inceptisols.The research was carried out in Karangsari village,Waled District, Cirebon City and the Soil Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture Unsoed Purwokerto from August 2020 to February 2021. This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with 3 replications. The treatment consisted of 2 factors, namely the application of various types of fertilizers at the level of P1: urea fertilizer, P2: NZEO SR Plus coating 1% fertilizer, P3: NZEO SR Plus coating 3% fertilizer. The second factor is the dose N with a level of N0: 0 kg/ha, N1: 100 kg/ha, N2: 200 kg/ha. The observed variables included leaf area, leaf area index, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, greenish leaves, density and width of stomata openings, plant dry weight, net assimilation rate, plant growth rate, relative growth rate, nitrogen uptake, panicle length, number of grains. panicle, moisture content of harvested grain, weight of 1000 seeds, weight of clump grain, yield/hectare, and agronomic efficiency. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and if they were significantly different then further tested using DMRT at level 5%. The results showed that NZEO SR Plus coating fertilizer increased leaf area and leaf index of plants at age 4 weeks, the number of tillers at age 6 weeks, stomata opening width, plant dry weight age 8 weeks, panicle length, number of spikelets, 1000 seeds weight, clump grain weight, and grain weight per hectare. Increasing the dose of nitrogen increased leaf area age 4 weeks, leaf area index of plants age 4 and 8 weeks, number of tillers 4-8 weeks, leaf greenness, plant dry weight age 4-8 weeks, net assimilation rate, plant growth rate, relative growth rate, the moisture content of grain, yield /hectare, nitrogen uptake and agronomic efficiency. Treatment of NZEO SR Plus Coating 3% fertilizer at the dose of N 200 kg/ha was capable to increase the plant growth, yields, and agronomic efficiency. |
