| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tanaman aren adalah salah satu tanaman perkebunan yang termasuk pada jenis tanaman palma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam Poc NASA, Bio P60 dan Bio T10 terhadap fisiologis pertumbuhan tanaman aren, mengetahui pengaruh macam cara aplikasi terhadap fisiologis pertumbuhan tanaman aren, dan mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dari kombinasi cara aplikasi dan macam Poc dan metabolit sekunder terhadap fisiologis pertumbuhan tanaman aren. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Laboratorium Agrohorti dan Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian, Kabupaten Banyumas. Pelaksanaan penelitian dari tanggal 16 Desember 2020 sampai 16 April 2021, dengan ketinggian tempat penelitian berada pada 110 mdpl. Perlakuan terdiri atas empat taraf yaitu P0= Poc NASA, P1= Poc NASA + Bio P60, P2= Poc NASA + Bio T10, dan P3= Poc NASA + Bio P60 + Bio T10. Faktor kedua yaitu macam cara aplikasi yang terdiri tiga taraf berupa N1= Disiram, N2= Disemprot, N3= Disiram + Disemprot. Variabel yang diamati yaitu kehijauan daun, indeks luas daun, dan kadar air. Data penelitian diuji dengan uji F (ANOVA) pada taraf kesalahan 5% jika hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan Duncant’s multiple range test (DMRT) untuk membandingkan pengaruh antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1.) Perlakuan berbagai macam metabolit sekunder pada tanaman aren terdapat pengaruh tidak nyata pada variabel indeks luas daun, berpengaruh nyata pada variabel kehijauan daun, dan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada variabel kadar air, 2.) Perlakuan macam cara aplikasi dapat berpengaruh sangat nyata hanya pada variabel kadar air, 3.) Perlakuan interaksi antara macam metabolit sekunder dan macam cara aplikasi berpengaruh tidak nyata pada variabel kehijauan daun dan indeks luas daun, serta berpengaruh sangat nyata pada variabel kadar air. |

This study aims to determine the effect of Poc NASA, Bio P60 and Bio T10 on the physiological growth of sugar palm plants, determine the effect of various application methods on the physiological growth of sugar palm plants, and determine the interaction effect of the combination of application methods and types of Poc and secondary metabolites on plant growth physiological. sugar palm. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University, Agrohorti Laboratory and Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Banyumas Regency. The research was carried out from December 16, 2020 to April 16, 2021, with the height of the research site being at 110 meters above sea level. The treatment consisted of four levels, namely P0 = Poc NASA, P1 = Poc NASA + Bio P60, P2 = Poc NASA + Bio T10, and P3 = Poc NASA + Bio P60 + Bio T10. The second factor is the type of application method which consists of three levels, namely N1 = Watered, N2 = Sprayed, N3 = Watered + Sprayed. The variables observed were leaf greenness, leaf area index, and water content. The research data was tested by F test (ANOVA) at an error level of 5% if the results showed a significant effect, then continued with Duncant's multiple range test (DMRT) to compare the effect between treatments. The results showed that: 1.) The treatment of various secondary metabolites in sugar palm plants had an insignificant effect on the leaf area index variable, a significant effect on the greenness of the leaves, and a very significant effect on the water content variable, 2.) The various application methods can a very significant effect only on the water content variable, 3.) The interaction treatment between types of secondary metabolites and various application methods did not significantly affect the leaf greenness variable and leaf area index, and had a very significant effect on the water content variable. |
