| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan mengetahui adanya pengaruh prestasi belajar, pendapatan orang tua dan informasi beasiswa S2 terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 pada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif dan sudah lulus pada Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2017 – 2018 berjumlah 99 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 79 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Prestasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2, (2) Pendapatan orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2, (3) Informasi beasiswa S2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan minat melanjutkan studi S2 dengan cara mengupayakan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggi dan memadai, salah satunya dengan mengadakan kegiatan yang lebih membangun dan lebih mempersiapkan mahasiswa ke jenjang selanjutnya. Dukungan dari pihak orang tua khususnya dalam pembiayaan pendidikan juga dukungan dari pihak universitas dalam menyediakan informasi memadai terkait beasiswa S2 akan membantu dan mendorong mahasiswanya untuk termotivasi dalam melanjutkan studi ke jenjang S2. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the aim of knowing, analyzing and testing the effect of learning achievement, parents income and information on master’s scholarships on the interest in continuing master’s studies in economic education students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University. The population in this studi were active and degree students of General Sudirman University Economic Education Class of 2017 – 2018 which amounted to 99 students with a sample of 79 students. The results showed that: (1) learning achievement had a positive and significant effect on interest in continuing master’s studies, (2) parents’ income had a positive and significant effect on interest in continuing master’s studies, (3) information on master’s scholarships had positive and significant effect on interest in continuing master’s studies. The implication of this research is as an effort to increase in continuing their master’s studies in Economics Education at Jenderal Soedirman University by seeking high and adequate student learning achievement, one of which is holding more constructive activities and preparing students for the next level. Another effort that can increase interest in continuing master’s studies is that the university should provide adequate information regarding master’s scholarships and make students motivated by utilizing existing scholarships, even without material support. Support from parents, especially in education financing, can also increase students’ interest in continuing their master’s studies. |
