| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L.) memiliki aktivitas antioksidan baik secara empiris maupun berdasarkan penelitian ilmiah dan secara praktis dapat dikonsumsi dalam bentuk granul effervescent. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan optimasi formula grabul effervescent bunga telang dengan asam sitrat dan asam tartrat menggunakan simplex lattice design (SLD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui komposisi formula basis granul effervescent terpilih yang memiliki kecepatan alir, waktu larut, dan pH paling baik serta mengetahui sifat fisik granul effervescent. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari determinasi, ekstraksi, optimasi SLD basis granul effervescent dengan kombinasi asam sitrat dan asam tartrat menggunakan software design expert, pembuatan granul effervescent, dan evaluasi formula terpilih yang meliputi uji kecepatan alir, waktu larut, pH. Diperoleh hasil berupa ekstrak kental bunga telang dengan rendemen sebesar 14%. Formula terpilih dengan komposisi Asam Sitrat 47,25 mg dan Asam Tartrat 577,25 mg. Formula granul effervescent terpilih dengan kecepatan alir 8,06 gr/detik, waktu larut 1,21 menit, dan pH 6,74. Komposisi asam sitrat dan asam tartrat memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecepatan alir, waktu larut, dan pH. Inggris) | Telang flower (Clitoria ternatea L.) has antioxidant activity both empirically and based on scientific research and practically can be consumed in the form of effervescent granules. In this study, the optimization of the grabul effervescent formula of telang flower with citric acid and tartaric acid was carried out using the simplex lattice design (SLD). The purpose of this study was to determine the composition of the selected effervescent granule base formula which has the best flow rate, soluble time, and pH and to determine the physical properties of the effervescent granules. The stages of this research consisted of determination, extraction, optimization of SLD based on effervescent granules with a combination of citric acid and tartaric acid using expert design software, making effervescent granules, and evaluating the selected formula which included tests of flow rate, soluble time, pH. The results obtained in the form of a thick extract of telang flower with a yield of 14%. Selected formula with a composition of 47.25 mg Citric Acid and 577.25 mg Tartaric Acid. The effervescent granule formula was selected with a flow rate of 8.06 g/second, a dissolution time of 1.21 minutes, and a pH of 6.74. The composition of citric acid and tartaric acid has an influence on the flow rate, dissolving time, and pH. The selected effrevescent granule formula is a formula with a composition of 200 mg of telang flower, 47.25 mg of citric acid and 577.25 mg of tatric acid. |
