| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan survei pada mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed). Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, dan Nilai Sosial terhadap Minat Karir Mahasiswa Akuntansi Pada Profesi Perpajakan”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan nilai-nilai sosial dalam memengaruhi minat berkarir pada bidang pajak. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi angkatan 2017, 2018, dan 2019 Unsoed. Penelitian ini menggunakan 81 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Motivasi intrinsik mempengaruhi minat karir mahasiswa di bidang perpajakan. (2) Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh terhadap minat karir mahasiswa bidang perpajakan. (3) Nilai-nilai sosial berpengaruh terhadap minat karir mahasiswa di bidang perpajakan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a survey of students at Jenderal Sudirman University (Unsoed). This research takes the title: "The Influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, and Social Values on Career Interests of Accounting Students in the Taxation Profession". This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and social values in influencing career interest in the tax sector. Respondents in this study were accounting students class 2017, 2018, and 2019 Unsoed. This study used 81 respondents. This research method uses quantitative research with the sampling technique used is proportional stratified sampling. Results Based on research and data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) shows that: (1) Motivation that affects student career interests in the field of taxation. (2) Extrinsic motivation has an effect on student career interest in taxation. (3) Social values affect student career interests in taxation. |
