| Judul Artikel | FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI FRAUD PENGADAAN BARANG/JASA PADA PEMERINTAHAN DESA DI KECAMATAN SOMAGEDE, KABUPATEN BANYUMAS |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor–faktor penyebab terjadinya Fraud Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa pada Pemerintahan Desa di Kecamatan Somagede, Kabupaten Banyumas. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah Kesesuaian Kompensasi, Kompetensi, dan Monopoly Power yang merupakan proksi dari elemen tekanan, kompetensi, dan arogansi dalam Fraud Pentagon Theory. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif-kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pemerintahan Desa di Kecamatan Somagede, Kabupaten Banyumas, Indonesia yang berjumlah 9 Pemerintahan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan kriteria jabatan kerja yang terlibat dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah di desa menurut Peraturan Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah Nomor 12 Tahun 2019. Sehingga, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui Kuesioner. Kemudian, data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik (Normalitas, Multikolinearitas, dan Heteroskedastisitas), Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F, dan Uji Statistik t. Analisis Regresi Liner Berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for Windows Versi 26. Hasil pengujian tersebut, menunjukan bahwa variabel Kesesuaian Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap fraud pengadaan barang dan jasa di Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Somagede, Kabupaten Banyumas. Sedangkan, variabel Kompetensi dan Monopoly Power mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap fraud pengadaan barang dan jasa di Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Somagede, Kabupaten Banyumas. |

Inggris) | The research aims to examine and analyze the factors that cause Fraud of the Procurement of Goods and Services at the Village Government in Somagede District, Banyumas Regency. The factors are Compensation Suitability, Competence, and Monopoly Power which is a proxy from the elements of pressure, competence, and arrogance in the Fraud Pentagon Theory. This research uses quantitative method with associative-causal research. Population of this research is all Village Governments in Somagede District, Banyumas Regency, Indonesia which amounted to 9 village governments. This research uses purposive sampling with the criteria of job positions involved in the procurement of government goods and services in the village according to the Regulations of Government Goods and Services Procurement Policy Institute Number 12 of 2019. Thus, the sample in this research are 96 people. This research uses primary data collected through questionnaires. Then, the questionnaire data was analyzed using the Analisis Asumsi Klasik (Normality, Multicollinearity, and Heteroscedasticity), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test, and Statistical t-Test. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis in this study uses the SPSS for Windows Version 26 application. The test results show that the Compensation Suitability variable has a negative influence and significant to fraud in the procurement of goods and services in the Village Government of Somagede District, Banyumas Regency. Meanwhile, the Competence and Monopoly Power variables have a positive influence and significant to fraud in the procurement of goods and services in the Village Government of Somagede District, Banyumas Regency. |
