| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dengan objek disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja ini penting untuk diteliti karena kinerja tidak lepas dari aspek yang mempengaruhinya termasuk kedua variabel tersebut, termasuk bagi perangkat desa dalam penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban tahunan APBDes di Kecamatan Sumbang. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka kajian ini adalah “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dalam Pengumpulan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Tahunan APBDes Kecamatan Sumbang” bertujuan mengetahui (1) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam pengumpulan laporan pertanggungjawaban tahunan APBDes di Kecamatan Sumbang baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei, dan populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh aparatur desa yang terlibat aktif dalam penyusnan laporan tahunan APBDes di Kecamatan Sumbang, dan memilih 4 desa pada kategori yang tepat waktu dan yang tidak tepat waktu, dengan jumlah sampel 55 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelasi, regresi linier sederhanda dan berganda. Hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja. (2); terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. (3); terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disilin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi dan Kinerja. |

Inggris) | This research with the object of discipline and work motivation is important to study because performance cannot be separated from the aspects that influence it, including the second variable, including village officials in the preparation of the APBDes annual report in Sumbang District. Based on these conditions, this study is "The Influence of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance in the Annual Accountability Report of the APBDes Sub-District of Sumbang" with the aim of knowing (1) knowing the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance in collecting the annual APBDes accountability report in the Sub-District of Sumbang. partially or together. The research method used is the survey method, and the population of this study is all village officials who are actively involved in preparing the APBDes annual report in the Subdistrict of Sumbang, and selecting 4 villages in the categories that are on time and not on time, with a sample of 55 people. The analysis technique used is correlation analysis, simple and multiple linear regression. The results of quantitative analysis in this study indicate (1) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on performance. (2); there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on performance. (3); there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and performance.
