| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tanaman pakcoy merupakan salah satu tanaman sayur yang mengandung vitamin dan mineral yang cukup baik. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui formula nutrisi, media tanam, serta interaksinya antara formula AB Mix termodifikasi S dan media tanam untuk hasil dan serapan N tanaman pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik rakit apung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 hingga April 2021 di Screenhouse dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu formula nutrisi AB Mix modifikasi sulfur yang terdiri dari lima taraf yaitu 4,24% S, 4,74% S, 5,24% S, 5,74%, dan 6,24% S. Faktor kedua yaitu media tanam yang terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu arang sekam dan arang sekam+zeolite. Variabel yang diamati bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tanaman kering, kandungan klorofil, dan serapan N. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formula nutrisi AB Mix termodifikasi S cenderung memiliki nilai terbaik pada formula dengan kadar S sebesar 4,74% terhadap kandungan klorofil dan serapan N. Serapan N dan hasil tanaman pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik rakit apung memiliki pengaruh terbaik pada media tanam arang sekam + zeolite (50%:50%) yaitu bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tanaman kering dan serapan N. Pengaruh interaksi antara formula nutrisi AB mix termodifikasi S dan media tanam diperoleh pada kandungan klorofil, dengan kombinasi terbaik pada Formula nutrisi 4,74% S dan media arang sekam. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Pakcoy plant is one of the vegetable plants that contain quite good vitamins and minerals. The purpose of the study was to determine the nutritional formula, growing media, and the interaction between the modified AB Mix formula S and the growing media for the yield and N uptake of pakcoy plants in the floating raft hydroponic system. The research was carried out from December 2020 until April 2021 at the Screenhouse and Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (DRBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor is the sulfur modified AB Mix nutritional formula which consists of five levels, namely 4.24% S, 4.74% S, 5.24% S, 5.74%, and 6.24% S. The second factor is planting media. which consists of two levels, namely husk charcoal and husk charcoal + zeolite. The variables observed were fresh crown weight, dry root weight, dry plant weight, chlorophyll content, and N uptake. The results showed that the modified S AB Mix nutritional formula tended to have the best value in the formula with an S content of 4.74% for chlorophyll content and N uptake. N uptake and yield of pakcoy plants (in the floating raft hydroponic system had the best effect on the growing media of husk charcoal + zeolite (50%:50%) namely fresh crown weight, dry root weight and dry plant weight and N uptake. Effect of interaction between formulas AB mixed nutrition modified S and growing media were obtained at the chlorophyll content, with the best combination in the nutritional formula 4.74% S and husk charcoal media. |
