| Judul Artikel | APLIKASI FORMULA TABLET EFFERVESCENT METABOLIT SEKUNDER Trichoderma harzianum TERHADAP PENYAKIT REBAH SEMAI MENTIMUN DI LAPANGAN TERBATAS |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) mengkaji pengaruh aplikasi metabolit sekunder Trichoderma harzianum T10 dalam bentuk tablet effervescent terhadap Pythium spp. secara in vitro dan 2) mengetahui frekuensi penyiraman terbaik dalam pengendalian penyakit rebah semai di lapang terbatas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Experimental farm, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dari September 2020−Agustus 2021. Penelitian terdiri atas eksplorasi, uji in vitro, dan uji di lapangan terbatas. Eksplorasi dilakukan dengan pengambilan tanaman bergejala rebah semai di lahan. Uji in vitro dilakukan dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap. Uji di lapangan terbatas dilakukan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, 5 perlakuan yaitu kontrol, frekuensi penyiraman 1x hingga 4x. Variabel yang diamati adalah daya hambat, masa inkubasi, kejadian penyakit, Area Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC), tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar dan kering, dan bobot akar segar dan kering, serta senyawa fenol kualitatif. Hasil dari eksplorasi diperoleh jamur patogen Pythium spp., formula tablet effervescent metabolit sekunder T. harzianum T10 dapat menghambat pertumbuhan Pythium spp. secara in vitro. Aplikasi tablet effervescent metabolit sekunder T. harzianum T10 1x mampu mengendalikan Pythium spp. dengan menunda masa inkubasi 76,9%, menurunkan kejadian penyakit 85% dan AUPDC 85,35% hari; meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman dengan meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 54,53%, jumlah daun 51,04%, bobot tanaman kering 49,46%, dan bobot akar segar 45,58%; serta meningkatkan kandungan fenol tanaman yaitu saponin, tanin, dan hidrokuinon secara kualitatif. |

Inggris) | Research was aimed to 1) determine the effect of application Trichoderma harzianum T10 secondary metabolites in effervescent tablets formulas on Pythium spp. growth on in vitro, and 2) know the best watering frequency in controlling damping-off in the restricted field. The research was carried out at the Plant Protection Laboratory and the Experimental farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from September 2020–August 2021. The research consisted of exploration, in vitro test, and restricted field test. Randomized complete block design was used with five replicates and five treatments consisted of control and watering frequency from one up to four times. Variables observed were growth inhibition, incubation period, disease incidence, Area Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC), plant height, number of leaves, weight of fresh and dry plants, weight of fresh and dry roots, and phenolic compound qualitatively. Result of the research indicated that T. harzianum T10 secondary metabolites in effervescent tablets formulas could inhibit the growth of Pythium spp. in vitro. One time application of T. harzianum T10 secondary metabolites in effervescent tablets formulas was able to control Pythium spp. by delay incubation period as 76,9%, reduce disease incidence as 85% and AUDPC as 85,35%-day; increase plant growth by increase plant height as 54,53%, number of leaves as 51,04%, weight of dry plants as 49,46% and fresh roots as 45,58%; and increase phenolic (saponin, tannin, and hydroquinone) compound of plants qualitatively. |
