Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian “Kajian Hardness dan Faktor Higroskopis Pellet Pakan Komplit Berbasis Limbah Agroindustri” ini dilaksanakan tanggal 9 - 21 April 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh perbedaan macam formula pellet pakan berbasis limbah agroindustri terhadap hardness dan faktor higroskopis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Experimental. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas : R1: bahan pakan utama + bahan tambahan formula A; R2: bahan pakan utama + bahan tambahan formula B; R3: bahan pakan utama + bahan tambahan formula C; R4: bahan pakan utama + bahan tambahan formula D. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan semua perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P < 0.05) terhadap hardness dan faktor higroskopis. Hasil uji lanjut BNJ pada hardness menunjukkan berbeda nyata semua antar perlakuan, sedangkan pada faktor higroskopis R1 berbeda nyata dan R2, R3, R4 tidak berbeda nyata. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu kombinasi antara bahan pakan utama dengan bahan tambahan formula A, demikian juga dengan kombinasi antara bahan pakan utama dengan bahan tambahan formula C tanpa amoniasi memiliki hardness yang lebih tinggi dengan rataan 6,28 – 8,78, sedangkan faktor higroskopis lebih rendah dengan rataan 0,65 – 1,20.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The research "Study of Hardness and Hygroscopic Factors of Complete Feed Pellets Based on Agroindustrial Waste" was carried out from April 9 until 21, 2021. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of different types of feed pellet formulations based on agro-industrial waste on hardness and hygroscopic factors. This research method uses the Experimental method. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments consisted of: R1: main feed ingredients + additive formulation A; R2: main feed ingredients + formulation B additives; R3: main feed ingredients + additives of formulation C; R4: main feed ingredients + additive formulation D. The results of the analysis of variance showed that all treatments had a significant effect (P < 0.05) on hardness and hygroscopic factors. The results of the further BNJ test on hardness showed that all treatments were significantly different, while the hygroscopic factor R1 was significantly different and R2, R3, R4 were not significantly different. The conclusion of this study is that the combination of the main feed ingredients and formula A additives, as well as the combination of the main feed ingredients and the added ingredients of formula C without ammonia has a higher hardness with an average of 6,28 – 8,78, while the hygroscopic factor is lower with an average of 0,65 – 1,20.
