Indonesia) | IMPLEMENTASI PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM DOKTER ATAS RISIKO MEDIS DALAM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN (Studi Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto) Oleh: Dewangga Arya Prawira (E1A016143) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi perlindungan hukum dokter atas risiko medis dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan pengaruh faktor sarana dan fasilitas kerja, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap implementasi perlindungan hukum dokter atas risiko medis dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto dengan responden sebanyak 35 (tiga puluh lima) orang dokter. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi serta dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi perlindungan hukum dokter atas risiko medis dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 4 (empat) indikator meliputi efektifnya memperoleh perlindungan hukum sepanjang melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan standar profesi dan standar prosedur operasional; efektifnya memberikan pelayanan medis menurut standar profesi dan standar prosedur operasional; efektifnya memperoleh informasi yang lengkap dan jujur dari pasien atau keluarganya; tingginya menerima imbalan jasa. Faktor sarana dan fasilitas kerja, faktor komunikasi dan faktor motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif terhadap implementasi perlidungan hukum dokter atas risiko medis dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Inggris) | THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DOCTOR’S LEGAL PROTECTION OVER MEDICAL RISKS IN HEALTH SERVICES (Study at the Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto) By: Dewangga Arya Prawira (E1A016143) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of doctors' legal protection for medical risks in health services and the influence of work facilities and tools, communication, and work motivation factors on the implementation of doctors’ legal protection for medical risks in health services at the Prof. Regional General Hospital. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. This study used quantitative research methods with descriptive research and sociological juridical approach. It was conducted at the Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto with 35 (thirty-five) doctors as respondents. The sample was taken using simple random sampling. The data sources include primary data and secondary data that obtained using the questionnaire, documentary and library methods. The collected data was processed using coding, editing, and tabulating techniques and analysed by frequency distribution analysis, cross table analysis, content analysis and comparison analysis. The results showed that the implementation of doctors' legal protection for medical risks in health services at the Prof. Regional General Hospital. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is effective. This is proven by the results of research on 4 (four) indicators including the effectiveness of obtaining legal protection as long as carrying out tasks in accordance with professional standards and standard operating procedures; the effectiveness to provide medical services according to professional standards and standard operating procedures; the effectiveness of obtaining complete and honest information from patients or their families; high of receive a service fee. Factors of work facilities and tools, communication factors and work motivation factors have a positive effect on the implementation of doctor's legal protection for medical risks in health services at the Prof. Regional General Hospital.
