| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Industri Kecil Batu Bata di Desa Bunton Kecamatan Adipala Cilacap” dengan latar belakang masalah yaitu Desa Bunton memiliki jumlah industri kecil yang cukup banyak khususnya pada industi kecil pembuatan batu bata. Namun, sistem usahanya masih berbentuk kekeluargaan dengan teknologi yang sederhana, sehingga akan mempengaruhi produktivitas batu bata rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel modal, tenaga kerja,dan lama usaha terhadap jumlah produksi batu bata; serta untuk menganalisis skala ekonomis pada industri tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang bersumber dari wawancara kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan model Cobb-Douglas dengan regresi linier berganda yang menggunakan transformasi logaritma natural agar dapat menghasilkan model terbaik yang terbebas dari masalah multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, dan heteroskedastisitas. Serta Uji F dan Uji t dilakukan untuk menganalisis apakah faktor produksinya secara serempak dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap jumlah produksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada hipotesis pertama dengan pengujian statistic koefisien determinasi, didapatkan hasil sebesar 84,30 persen jumlah produksi dipengaruhi oleh perubahan variabel Modal, Tenaga kerja dan Lama usaha. Berdasarkan Uji F menunjukkan hasil bahwa jumlah produksi dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama oleh perubahan variabel Modal, Tenaga kerja dan Lama usaha. Hasil dari uji t menunjukkan bahwa variable modal, tenaga kerja, dan lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi batu bata. Sedangkan pada hipotesis kedua menujukkan bahwa skala ekonomis industi tersebut kurang dari satu yaitu sebesar 0,908 artinya skala ekonomisnya berada pada kondisi descreasing return of scale. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian, diharapkan pemerintah Desa Bunton hendaknya membuat strategi dan memberikan pelatihan secara berkesinambungan terkait dengan pengembangan kreatifitas dan inovasi yang mendukung industri mikro dan kecil untuk meningkatkan produksi sehingga berimbas pada pendapatan yang meningkat |

Inggris) | This research is entitled "Analysis of Small Brick Industry in Bunton Village, Adipala Cilacap District" with the background of the problem that the Bunton Village, has a large number of small industries, especially small brick-making industries. However , the business system is still in the form of a family with simple technology, so it will affect the productivity of low bricks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the variables of capital, labor , and length of business on the amount of brick production; and to analyze economies of scale in the industry. The data used in this study are primary data sourced from interviews with respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Cobb-Douglas model with multiple linear regression using the natural logarithm transformation in order to produce the best model free from the problems of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. And the F test and t test were conducted to analyze whether the factors of production simultaneously and partially affect the amount of production. Based on the research that has been done in the first hypothesis by testing the statistical coefficient of determination, the result by 84 , 30 percent of the total production is influenced by changes in variable capital , labor and length ofbusiness . Based on the F test, the results show that the amount of production is jointly influenced by changes in the variables of capital , labor and length of business . The results of the t-test indicate that the variables of capital, labor, and length of business have a positive and significant effect on the amount of brick production. S edangkan the second hypothesis shows that the economies of scale of the industry, less than one in the amount of 0.908 means that the economies of scale that are in the condition descreasing returns of scale. Based on the results of the research, it is hoped that the Bunton Village government should make strategies and provide continuous training related to the development of creativity and innovation that supports micro and small industries to increase production so that it has an impact on increased income. |
