| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang. Kambing PE mempunyai produksi susu yang baik dan mengandung nilai gizi tinggi serta banyak protein dan mineral dan bahan lainnya yang dapat membantu proses metabolisme tubuh. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Gumelar yang menggunakan metode non eksperimental dan uji laboratorium, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling pada empat kelompok diantaranya kelompok Bondo Mertani, kelompok Tunas Mukti, kelompok Pegumas, dan kelompok Sato Guno. Susu yang diambil sebanyak lima sampel yang dihomogenkan dari lima peternak, selanjutnya di uji dengan uji didih dan diidentifikasi dengan alat Lactoscan Milk Analyzer di Laboratorium Produksi Ternak Perah Fakultas Peternakan Unsoed. Data sampel susu yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji tanda dan uji t menggunakan software SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian tingkat kerusakan dan titik beku susu kambing perah PE di Kecamatan Gumelar yaitu kelompok Bondo Mertani, Tunas Mukti, Pegumas, dan Sato Guno relatif sama sebesar 15% dan -0,486°C. Kualitas susu segar kambing perah PE di Kecamatan Gumelar ditinjau dari tingkat kerusakan dan titik beku susu kurang sesuai dengan standar Thai Agricultural Standard atau TAS). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background. PE goats have good milk production and contain high nutritional value as well as lots of protein and minerals and other ingredients that can help the body's metabolic processes. The research was conducted in Gumelar District using non-experimental methods and laboratory tests. The sampling technique was purposive sampling in four groups including the Bondo Mertani group, Tunas Mukti group, Pegumas group, and Sato Guno group. Five samples of milk were taken which were homogenized from five farmers, then tested by boiling test and identified with the Lactoscan Milk Analyzer at the Dairy Production Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unsoed. The milk sample data obtained were analyzed by sign test and t test using SPSS 16 software. The results of the research on the level of damage and freezing point of PE dairy goat milk in Gumelar District, namely the Bondo Mertani, Tunas Mukti, Pegumas, and Sato Guno groups were relatively the same at 15% and -0.486°C. The quality of the fresh milk of PE dairy goats in Gumelar District in terms of the level of damage and the freezing point of milk is not in accordance with the Thai Agricultural Standard or TAS). |
