| Judul Artikel | FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU PADA ANAK : SYSTEMATIC REVIEW |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Penyebab penyakit tuberkulosis paru adalah Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang masuk kedalam tubuh pasien dan penyebaran melalui udara. Pada anak, gejala yang sering muncul adalah batuk yang tidak berhenti selama lebih dari 21 hari, demam selama kurang lebih 14 hari dengan suhu badan kurang lebih adalah 39ᵒC, anoreksia, hingga diare selama 2 minggu. Data TB Paru secara global, 10 juta kasus kejadian TB pada tahun 2018, sekitar 1,1 juta (11 %) terjadi pada anak. Pada tahun 2019, terdapat 205.000 kematian akibat TB pada anak. TB Paru anak mewakili 13,8 % dari semua kematian akibat TB. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru pad anak berdasarkan kajian literatur. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review. Pencarian literatur menggunakan kata kunci yang dimasukkan ke database jurnal. Literatur berasal dari database Google Scholar, PubMed, BioMed Central, dan Cochrane Review dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat 26 literatur yang direview dengan tahun publikasi terbanyak pada tahun 2018. Berdasarkan analisis, teridentifikasi bahwa terdapat 19 faktor yaitu jenis kelamin, umur, berat badan lahir, pemberian ASI eksklusif, status gizi, pola makan, kontak dengan penderita TB Paru, keberadaan perokok, pemberian imunisasi, pendapatan keluarga, pengetahuan orang tua, status sosial ekonomi, serta faktor lingkungan yang terdiri dari ventilasi rumah, kepadatan hunian, pencahayaan, kelembaban, jenis dinding, jenis lantai, dan kualitas udara. Kesimpulan: Literatur yang direview sebanyak 26 dan ditemukan sebanyak 19 faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru pada anak. Faktor yang paling banyak ditemukan berhubungan yaitu variabel kontak dengan penderita TB Paru yaitu sebanyak 20 literatur. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : The cause of pulmonary tuberculosis is Mycobacterium tuberculosis which enters the patient's body and spreads through the air. In children, the symptoms that often appear are a cough that doesn’t stop for more than 21 days, fever for approximately 14 days with a body temperature of approximately 39ᵒC, anorexia, and diarrhea for 2 weeks. Pulmonary TB data globally, 10 million cases of TB incidence in 2018, around 1.1 million (11%) occurred in children. In 2019, there were 205,000 deaths from TB in children. Pulmonary TB in these children represents 13.8% of all TB deaths. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related with the incidence of children pulmonary tuberculosis based on a literature review Method : This study uses a systematic review method. Literature search using keywords entered into the journal database. Literature comes from the Google Scholar, PubMed, BioMed Central and Cochrane Review databases with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results : There are 26 literatures reviewed with the highest publication years in 2018. Based on the analysis, it was identified that there were 19 factors : gender, age, birth weight, exclusive breastfeeding, nutritional status, diet, contact with cases pulmonary TB, presence of smokers, immunization, family income, parental knowledge, socioeconomic status, and environmental factors consisting of house ventilation, occupancy density, lighting, dampness, wall type, floor type, and air quality. Conclusion : The reviewed literature was 26 and found 19 factors related to incidence of children pulmonary tuberculosis. The most common factor found to be related with children pulmonary tuberculosis is the contact with cases pulmonary TB as many as 20 literatures. |
