| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengumuman PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) terhadap return saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan property & real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 34 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan analisis data uji beda menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengumuman PSBB memengaruhi abnormal return negatif, (2) Pengumuman PSBB tidak memengaruhi abnormal return, (3) Pengumuman PSBB tidak memengaruhi trading volume activity, (4) Pengumuman PSBB memengaruhi security return variability. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat menjadi bahan pentimbangan bagi investor yang menanamkan modalnya pada suatu perusahaan dan dapat membantu investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of the study to examine the effect of the announcement of PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) on stock returns. The population in this study are all property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 34 companies. Based on the results of research with analysis of different test data, it shows that: (1) PSBB announcements affect negative abnormal returns, (2) PSBB announcements do not affect abnormal returns, (3) PSBB announcements do not affect trading volume activity, (4) PSBB announcements affect security return variability. The implication of this research is that it can be considered for investors who invest in a company and can assist investors in making investment decisions. |
