| Judul Artikel | The Effect of Social Loafing on Individual Performance: The Moderating Role of Psychological Empowerment Empirical Study of Gadik at Central Java National Police School |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social loafing terhadap kinerja individu Gadik di SPN Polda Jateng, dan untuk mengetahui peran pemberdayaan psikologis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SPN Polda Jateng dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 personel yang terdiri dari Gadik dan Gadikan SPN Polda Jateng, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Perangkat lunak statistik SPSS dan Microsoft Excel digunakan untuk keperluan analisis data. Hasil studi model pertama menunjukkan bahwa social loafing berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja individu. Sedangkan model kedua menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja individu. Pada model ketiga, ditemukan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis memoderasi hubungan antara kemalasan sosial dan kinerja individu. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to determine the effect of social loafing on individual performance of Gadik at Central Java National Police School, and to determine the role of psychological empowerment. This research was conducted at Central Java National Police School using the census method. The sample in this study was 51 personnel consist of Central Java National Police School Gadik and Gadikan while the analytical methods used were simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). SPSS statistical software and Microsoft Excel was used for data analysis purposes. The results of the first model study show that social loafing has a negative influence on individual performance. While the second model shows that psychological empowerment has a positive influence on individual performance. In the third model, it was found that psychological empowerment moderated the relationship between social loafing and individual performance. |
