| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 september sampai dengan 25 Oktober 2020 di Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu menghitung BEP Harga, BEP Produk dan R/C, serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai BEP Harga, BEP Produk dan R/C pada peternakan kambing PE di Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Purposive dan penentuan sampel yaitu Disproporsional Statified Random Sampling. Variabel terikat yang diteliti yaitu BEP Harga, BEP Produk serta R/C dan variabel bebas jumlah kepemilikan ternak, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman beternak, biaya pakan dan harga jual produk. BEP Harga, BEP Produk dan R/C dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Rata-rata BEP Harga, BEP Produk dan R/C yang diperoleh oleh Kelompok Peternak di Kecamatan Gumelar yaitu BEP Harga Sebesar Rp. 1.006.743, BEP Produk sebesar 3 Ekor dan R/C sebesar 1,47. Berdasarkan faktor yang digunakan, Biaya Pakan sangat berpengaruh terhadap BEP Harga, BEP Produk dan R/C. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat dilihat bahwa kinerja ekonomi Peternak Kambing PE di Kecamatan Gumelar termasuk baik dan usaha tersebut dapat dilanjutkan. Peternak sebaiknya menentukan harga didasarkan pada pasar hewan agar tidak terjadi persaingan dan penjualan yang menentu sehingga memaksimalkan usaha ternaknya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research was carried out on September 25 to October 25, 2020 in Gumelar District, Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this study is to calculate the price BEP, product BEP and R/C, as well as determine the factors that influence the price BEP, Product BEP and R/C values on PE goat farms in Gumelar District, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is purposive and the sample determination is disproportionate statified random sampling. The dependent variables studied were BEP Price, Product BEP and R/C and the independent variables were the number of livestock ownership, education level, livestock experience, feed costs and product selling prices. Price BEP, Product BEP and R/C were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The average BEP Price, Product BEP and R/C obtained by the Breeders Group in Gumelar District, namely the BEP Price of Rp. 1,006,743, Product BEP of 3 tails and R/C of 1.47. Based on the factors used, the cost of feed is very influential on the price BEP, product BEP and R/C. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the economic performance of PE Goat Breeders in Gumelar District is good and the business can be continued. Breeders should determine prices based on the animal market so that there is no competition and erratic sales so as to maximize their livestock business. |
