| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Website if.unsoed.ac.id merupakan website yang berisikan profil dan informasi mengenai jurusan Informatika fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Hal ini menjadikan website if.unsoed.ac.id sebagai wajah bagi jurusan Informatika. Maka, website if.unsoed.ac.id harus mempunyai user experience yang baik sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan yang diperlukan beserta kepuasan pengguna. Untuk mendapatkan user experience yang baik pada suatu sistem, perlu diketahui tingkat usabilitas dan identifikasi permasalahan usabilitas pada sistem tersebut. Dilakukanlah pengujian menggunakan system usability scale (SUS) pada 6 partisipan yang merupakan pengguna website, untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dari sisi pengguna. Setelah itu dilakukan identifikasi permasalahan usabilitas pada tampilan sistem menggunakan metode heuristic evaluation. Hasil pengujian website if.unsoed.ac.id dengan instrument SUS adalah sebesar 72,5 yang berarti, website if.unsoed.ac.id dapat diterima oleh pengguna (acceptable), termasuk dalam grade B dengan rating Good. Hasil identifikasi dengan evaluasi heuristik juga menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan usabilitas mayor yang penting untuk diperbaiki dan diberi prioritas tinggi. Dalam penanganan permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan beberapa usaha, seperti mengubah tata letak, menambahkan pemberitahuan redirecting, penambahan confirmation dialog box, penambahan pesan validasi dan menambahkan fitur bantuan pada website. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | If.unsoed.ac.id is a website that contains profiles and information about the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Sudirman University. That makes the if.unsoed.ac.id website the face of the Informatics department. So, the if.unsoed.ac.id website must have a good user experience to meet the necessary needs and user satisfaction. To achieve a great user experience is required to know the level of usability and identify usability problems in the system. Tests are performed with a system usability scale (SUS) system on six website users to determine the eligibility level from the user's side. After that, usability problems were identified on the system interface using the heuristic evaluation method. The test results of the if.unsoed.ac.id website with the SUS instrument are 72.5, which means the if.unsoed.ac.id website is acceptable to users, including in grade B with a Good rating. Identifying heuristic evaluation results also show several major usability problems that must be fixed and given high priority. In handling these problems, several efforts need to be made, such as changing the layout, adding redirecting notifications, adding confirmation dialog boxes, adding validation messages, and adding help features on the website. |
