Indonesia) | EFEKTIVITAS HUKUM STANDAR PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN PASIEN PENDERITA COVID-19 DALAM UPAYA KESEHATAN (Studi Kasus di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto) Oleh: Ayu Nisrina Falihah E1A016281 ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas hukum standar pelayanan keperawatan pasien penderita Covid-19 dalam upaya kesehatan dan pengaruh faktor semangat kerja, kondisi fisik tempat kerja dan kerja sama terhadap efektivitas hukum standar pelayanan keperawatan pasien penderita Covid-19 dalam upaya kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis yuridis sosiologis, dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Pengambilan sampel melalui metode simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Pengolahan data secara coding, editing, dan tabulasi kemudian disajikan secara naratif dan tabel data. Analisis data menggunakan metode distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas hukum standar pelayanan keperawatan pasien penderita Covid-19 dalam upaya kesehatan adalah efektif. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 8 (delapan) indikator meliputi efektifnya Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Kesehatan Sesuai Protokol Kesehatan, efektifnya Pelaksanaan Pendokumentasian dan Pelaporan, efektifnya Kerja Sama Pelayanan Penanganan Covid-19, efektifnya Pemeriksaan Rapid Test Pasien, efektifnya Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Screening Covid-19, efektifnya Pemakaian APD Dalam Penanganan Pasien, efektifnya Pemeriksaan Penunjang (swab,tensi darah,dll), efektifnya Pengawasan Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Kesehatan dari Resiko Covid-19. Faktor semangat kerja sebagai faktor personal serta faktor kondisi fisik tempat kerja dan faktor kerja sama termasuk dalam faktor sosial cenderung berpengaruh secara positif terhadap efektivitas hukum standar pelayanan keperawatan pasien penderita Covid-19 dalam upaya kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tentara Wijayakusuma Purwokerto |

Inggris) | LEGAL EFFECTIVENESS OF STANDARD NURSING SERVICES FOR COVID-19 PATIENTS IN HEALTH EFFORTS ( Study at Wijayakusuma Hospital, Purwokerto) ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the legal effectiveness of standard nursing care for patients with Covid-19 in health efforts and the influence of morale factors, physical conditions of the workplace and cooperation on the legal effectiveness of standard nursing services for Covid-19 patients in health efforts .This study uses a quantitative research approach with a sociological juridical analysis approach, and descriptive research specifications. The research location is at the Wijayakusuma Army Hospital, Purwokerto. Sampling through a simple random sampling method. The data used include primary data and secondary data obtained by questionnaire, documentary and library methods. Data processing by coding, editing, and tabulation is then presented in a narrative and data table. Data analysis used frequency distribution analysis method, cross table analysis, content analysis and comparison analysis.The results of the study indicate that the legal effectiveness of standard nursing services for patients with Covid-19 in health efforts is effective. This can be proven by the results of research on 8 (eight) indicators including the effectiveness of the implementation of health services in accordance with the health protocol, the effectiveness of the implementation of documentation and reporting, the effectiveness of the Covid-19 Handling Service Cooperation, the effectiveness of Rapid Test Patient Examination, the effectiveness of the implementation of Covid-19 Screening Activities, the effective use of PPE in handling patients, the effectiveness of supporting examinations (swabs, blood pressure, etc.), the effective supervision of the implementation of health services from the risk of Covid-19. The morale factor as a personal factor as well as the physical condition of the workplace and the cooperation factor including social factors tend to have a positive effect on the legal effectiveness of nursing service standards for patients with Covid-19 in health efforts at the Wijayakusuma Army Hospital, Purwokerto. |
