| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi dan komitmen organisasi. Sampel adalah karyawan PT Kayu NYP di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan convenience sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi, kompensasi belum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen kelanjutan, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen normatif.

The samples are the employees of PT NYP Woodwork in Purbalingga Regency. The sample size in this study are 50 respondents. Sample of this study is taken with convenience sampling. Analytical tool used is the multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are compensation has significant effect on motivation, compensation has not significant effect on affective commitment, compensation has significant effect on continuance commitment, compensation has significant effect on normative commitment.
