| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel pada karyawan kedai kopi di purwokerto. Judul yang diambil peneliti adalah : “ Pengaruh Motivasi, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Industri Hilir Kopi (Studi Kasus pada Kedai Kopi di Purwokerto Utara) ”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kecerdasan emosional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ada di kedai kopi di daerah Purwokerto Utara. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan kedai kopi yang berada di wilayah Purwokerto Utara yang berjumlah 228 orang sehingga pengambilan sample dihitung menggunakan rumus proposional dan stratified random sampling (20%) diperoleh sample sebanyak 46 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian variabel motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karena motivasi karyawan yang baik akan terbentuk ketika lingkungan kerja juga mendukung seperti semangat dari teman satu kerjaan. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dari variabel kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kedai kopi yang ada di Purwokerto Utara. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a quantitative to test the hypothesis by using a population and a sample of coffee shop employees in Purwokerto. The title taken by the researcher is: "The Effect of Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Downstream Coffee Industry (Case Study at a Coffee Shop in North Purwokerto)". This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, emotional intelligence and work environment on the performance of employees in coffee shops in the North Purwokerto area. The population in this research were coffee shop employees in the North Purwokerto area, totaling 228 people, so that the sampling was calculated using a proportional formula and stratified random sampling (20%) obtained a sample of 46 people. Based on the results of the study, motivation and work environment variables have a positive effect on employee performance. Because good employee motivation will be formed when the work environment is also supportive, such as the spirit of a coworker. While the results of research on emotional intelligence variables do not have a positive effect on employee performance at coffee shops in North Purwokerto. |
