Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Peternakan Ayam pak Agus, Karang Tengah Baturraden, dan Laboratorium Fisiologi Terapan dan Reproduksi Hewan Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto dari tanggal 5 April – 11 Juni 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan variasi kadar kuning telur pada pengencer susu skim terhadap motilitas dan fertilitas spermatozoa ayam kampung. Bahan yang digunakan adalah 2 ml semen segar dari 10 ekor ayam kampung umur 12-24 bulan, 40 ekor ayam petelur komersial (Isa Brown) umur 7-8 bulan sebagai objek fertilitas, susu skim, kuning telur dan aquabides. Metode penelitian ini adalah Eksperimental dengan dua rancangan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) untuk variabel motilitas dan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) untuk fertilitas spermatozoa ayam kampung. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kuning telur pada susu skim berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap motilitas dan fertilitas spermatozoa ayam kampung. Kelompok juga berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap motilitas spermatozoa ayam kampung. Namun nilai persentase motilitas dan fertilitas pada perlakuan P2 (80% susu skim + 20% kuning telur) lebih tinggi dibandingkan ketiga perlakuan lainnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan kuning telur hingga 30% pada susu skim menghasilkan motilitas dan fertilitas ayam kampung yang relatif sama. |

Inggris) | This research was conducted at the Agus ‘ chicken Farm, Karang tengah Baturraden, and the Laboratory of applied animal physiology and reproduction, Faculty of Animal Science, Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto from April 5 th– June 11 th, 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding various level of egg yolks in skim milk diluents on the motility and fertility of Kampung rooster spermatozoa. The material used was 2 ml of fresh semen from 10 kampung rooster, aged 12-24 months, 40 commercial laying hens (Isa Brown) aged 7-8 months as objects for fertility, skim milk, egg yolk and aquabides. This research method was Experimental with two designs, namely a randomized block design (RBD) for motility variables and a completely randomized design (CRD) for the fertility of kampung rooster spermatozoa. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the addition of egg yolk in skim milk had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the motility and fertility of kampung rooster spermatozoa. The group also had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the motility of kampung rooster spermatozoa. However, the percentage values of motility and fertility in the P2 treatment (80% skim milk + 20% egg yolk) was higher than the other three treatments. It can be concluded that the addition of egg yolk up to 30 % in skim milk resulted in the motility and fertility of kampung rooster which were relatively the same. |
