| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan survei pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Self-Efficacy, Internal Locus of Control, Need for Achievement, Risk Taking terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Reguler dan Manajemen Internasional angkatan 2017. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dengan 115 mahasiswa sebagai responden. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda menunjukkan hasil penelitian bahwa: (1) Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha; (2) Internal Locus of Control berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha; (3) Need for Achievement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha; (4) Risk Taking tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study is a type of qualitative research by conducting a survey on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self-efficacy, internal locus of control, need for achievement, and risk-taking on entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study were students of the 2017 Regular Management and International Management study program. Determination of the sample used a cluster sampling technique with 115 students as respondents. Based on data analysis using multiple regression, the results showed that: (1) Self-Efficacy had a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest; (2) Internal Locus of Control has a significant negative effect on Entrepreneurial Interest; (3) Need for Achievement has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest; (4) Risk-Taking does not have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. |
