| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tahu merupakan makanan yang terbuat dari bahan dasar kedelai, proses pembuatannya masih sederhana dan tradisional. Tahu sangat popular dan cukup diminimati oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena harganya yang relatif murah dan tersedia di semua wilayah dan keberadaanya dari dulu hingga kini masih tetap ada dan tetap diproduksi. Namun kondisi ekonomi perajin hingga kini masih belum nyata perkembangannya. Oleh karena itu, perlunya diketahui besarnya biaya yang dikeluarkan perajin selama proses produksi tahu serta analisis kelayakan finansial lain untuk mencegah terjadinya kerugian seperti kenaikan biaya bahan baku dan penurunan harga jual produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui besarnya biaya produksi, penerimaan, dan pendapatan perajin tahu, 2) mengetahui besarnya manfaat biogas dalam menekan biaya produksi usaha tahu di Kampung Tahu 3) mengetahui kelayakan finansial para perajin tahu di Kampung Tahu, dan 4) mengetahui sensitivitas dari usaha tahu apabila terjadi fluktuasi harga bahan baku dan penurunan harga jual tahu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 9 April sampai 10 Mei 2021, bertempat di Kampung Tahu, Desa Babalan Lor, Kecamatan Bojong, Kabupaten Pekalongan. Rancangan penentuan responden yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Kriteria yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah perajin tahu yang masih menggunakan biogas sejak 5 tahun terakhir sehingga tidak mengeluarkan biaya bahan bakar. Dalam hal ini, ada 4 perajin tahu sebagai responden. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisi biaya, penerimaan dan keuntungan, serta analisis kelayakan lainnya seperti analisis Break Even Point, Revenue Cost Ratio, dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha tahu di Desa Babalan Lor masih layak untuk dilanjutkan. Keuntungan ratarata yang diperoleh oleh perajin Tahu selama periode 9 April sampai 10 Mei 2021 yaitu sebesar Rp6.747.352,00. Sementara dalam analisis sensitivitas kenaikan bahan baku dan penurunan harga produk rasio 15% usaha tahu tidak sensitif atau masih layak untuk dilanjutkan walaupun dengan keuntungan yang lebih rendah dari sebelumnya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Tofu is a food made from soybeans, the manufacturing process is still simple and traditional. Tofu is very popular and quite liked by the people of Indonesia because the price is relatively cheap and available in all regions and its existence from the past until now still exists and is still being produced. However, the economic condition of the craftsmen has yet to show real progress. Therefore, it is necessary to know the amount of costs incurred by craftsmen during the tofu production process as well as other financial feasibility analyzes to prevent losses such as rising raw material costs and decreasing product selling prices. This study aims to: 1) determine the production costs, revenues, and income of tofu craftsmen, 2) find out the benefits of biogas in reducing the production costs of tofu business in Kampung Tahu 3) determine the financial feasibility of tofu craftsmen in Kampung Tahu, and 4) find out sensitivity of the tofu business if there is a fluctuation in the price of raw materials and a decrease in the selling price of tofu. This research was carried out from April 9 to May 10, 2021, located in Kampung Tahu, Babalan Lor Village, Bojong District, Pekalongan Regency. The design of determining the respondents used was purposive sampling. The criteria used in this study are tofu craftsmen who are still using biogas since the last 5 years so they do not incur fuel costs. In this case, there are 4 tofu craftsmen as respondents. The analysis used is cost, revenue and profit analysis, as well as other feasibility analysis such as Break Even Point analysis, Revenue Cost Ratio, and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that the tofu business in Babalan Lor Village was still feasible to continue. The average profit obtained by Tofu craftsmen during the period 9 April to 10 May 2021 is Rp. 6,747,352.00. Meanwhile, in the sensitivity analysis, the increase in raw materials and the decrease in product prices, the ratio of 15%, tofu business is not sensitive or it is still feasible to continue even though the profit is lower than before |
