| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil /1tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.) pada variasi dosis kombinasi POC urin kelinci dan AB mix. 2) mengetahui dosis kombinasi POC urin kelici dan AB mix yang menghasilkan pertumbuhan terbaik pada tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan januari sampai maret 2021 di Screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Kabupaten Banyumas. Rancangan Percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor /1perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan berupa 5 taraf dosis campuran pupuk organik cair (POC) dan AB mix yaitu: Kontrol (P0), POC 100% (P1), POC 75% /1+ AB mix 25% (P2), POC 50% /1+ AB mix 50% (P3), POC 25% /1+ AB mix 75% (P4) dan ABmix 100% (P5). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat respon tanaman selada yang berbeda ter-hadap kombinasi POC dan AB mix yang diberikan. Data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan POC 100% (P1) menghasilkan pertumbuhan terhadap tanaman selada pada variabel: a) jumlah daun dengan rata-rata 7,50 helai, b) luas daun dengan rata-rata 80,35 cm2, /1c) Kehijauan daun dengan rata-rata 20,9 unit, d) bobot tanaman segar dengan rata-rata 18,84 g, e) Bobot tajuk segar layak konsumsi dengan rata-rata 16,23 g, dan f) bobot tanaman kering dengan rata-rata 3,06 g. Perlakuan POC urin kelinci 100% memberikan hasil yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this reaseach was to : 1) determine the response to growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) at various doses of the combination of rabbit urine POC and AB mix. 2) Knowing the dosage combination of POC urine of kelici and AB mix that produces the best growth in lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). This research was conducted from January to March 2021 at the Screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Banyumas Regency. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with one treatment factor and 4 replications. The treatments were in the form of 5 levels of mixed doses of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) and AB Mix, namely: Control (P0), POC 100% (P1), POC 75% + AB Mix 25% (P2), POC 50% + AB Mix 50% ( P3), POC 25% + AB Mix 75% (P4) and ABmix 100% (P5). The results showed that there was a different response of lettuce plants to the given combination of POC and AB Mix. The research data showed that the use of 100% POC (P1) produced growth on lettuce on the following variables: a) number of leaves with an average of 7.50 leaves, b) leaf area with an average of 80.35 cm2, c) Leaf greenness with an average of 20.9 units, d) fresh weight with an average of 18.84 g, e) fresh weight suitable for consumption with an average of 16.23 g, and f) plant dry weight with an average of 3,06 g. The 100% rabbit urine POC treatment gave the best result on the growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). |
