| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Fauzan Azhima. Bobot Dan Indeks Telur Berbagai Ayam Kedu di KTTA Makukuhan Kecamatan Kedu Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 6 Februari 2020 sampai dengan 28 Maret 2020 di KTTA Makukuhan Kecamatan Temanggung Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas bobot dan indeks telur pada berbagai ayam Kedu di kelompok peternak KTTA Makukuhan Temanggung. Materi yang digunakan terdiri atas sampel telur ayam Kedu Hitam, ayam Kedu Putih, ayam Kedu Merah, dan ayam Kedu Lurik sebanyak 10 butir dari 4 orang peternak dari 30 orang peternak dan sampel telur ayam Kedu Cemani sebanyak 10 butir dari total 30 orang peternak. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara non-eksperimental menggunakan metode Survey dan metode penetapan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode General Linear Model (GLM). Terdapat 5 perlakuan yaitu sampel telur ayam Kedu Cemani (AKC), ayam Kedu Hitam (AKH), ayam Kedu Putih (AKP), ayam Kedu Merah (AKM), dan ayam Kedu Lurik (AKL). Setiap perlakuan diulang 4 kali dengan mengambil peternak sampel peternak secara acak. Variabel meliputi bobot telur dan indeks telur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rataan nilai bobot telur dari pengukuran berturut-turut adalah AKC (40.57 g), AKM (43.71 g), AKH (44.59 g), AKL (42.48 g), AKP (44.53 g), serta rataan persentase nilai indeks telur AKC (72,31%) , AKM (74.80%), AKH (73.43%), AKL (73.03%), AKP (71.65%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran nilai bobot telur dan persentase indeks telur berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) dengan persentase terbaik untuk bobot telur adalah sampel telur ayam Kedu Hitam (AKH) dan persentase indeks telur adalah ayam Kedu Merah (AKM). Berdasarkan hasil uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) terhadap nilai bobot telur AKM, AKH, dan AKP menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda tidak nyata, akan tetapi berbeda sangat nyata dengan AKC dan AKL, sedangkan terhadap persentase nilai indeks telur AKM menunjukkan hasil berbeda tidak nyata dengan AKH dan AKL akan tetapi berbeda nyata dengan AKC dan AKP. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah telur ayam Kedu dengan hasil pengukuran terbaik adalah pada sampel telur AKH yang menghasilkan nilai bobot telur 44.59 g dan persentase indeks telur 73.43%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Fauzan Azhima. Weight and Index of Eggs of Various Kedu Hens at the Makukuhan KTTA, Kedu District, Temanggung Regency. The research was carried out from 6 February 2020 until 28 March 2020 at the Makukuhan KTTA, Temanggung District, Temanggung Regency. This study aims to determine the quality of egg weight and index of various Kedu Hens in the KTTA Makukuhan Temanggung farmers group. The material used consisted of 10 eggs of Kedu Hitam Hens, White Kedu Hens, Red Kedu Hens and Lurik Kedu Hens from 4 farmers from 30 breeders and 10 Kedu Cemani Hens eggs samples from a total of 30 breeders. The research was non-experimental using the General Linear Model (GLM). There were 5 treatments, namely the egg samples of Kedu Cemani Hens (AKC), Black Kedu Hens (AKH), White Kedu Hens (AKP), Red Kedu Hens (AKM), and Lurik Kedu Hens (AKL). Each treatment was repeated 4 times. Variables observed were egg weight and egg index. The results showed that the average egg weight values from successive measurements were AKC (40.57 g), AKM (43.71 g), AKH (44.59 g), AKL (42.48 g), AKP (44.53 g), and the mean percentage of AKC egg index values were (72.31%), AKM (74.80%), AKH (73.43%), AKL (73.03%), AKP (71.65%). The results of the analysis showed that the egg weight egg index had a very significant effect (P <0.01) with the best percentage for egg weight being the sample of black soybean Hens eggs (AKH) and the percentage of egg index being red Kedu Hens (AKM). Based on the results of the further test, the Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) on the egg weight values of AKM, AKH, and AKP showed not significantly different (P>0,05) results, but very significantly (P<0,01) different from AKC and AKL, while the percentage value of the AKM egg index showed the results were not significantly different (P<0,05) with AKH and AKL, however, are significantly (P<0,05) different from AKC and AKP. The conclusion of this research is Kedu Hens eggs with the best measurement results are in the egg sample AKH which produces egg weight value of 44.59 g and egg index percentage of 73.43%. |
