Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar Belakang : Remaja merupakan masa transisi dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Status gizi lebih merupakan kondisi nilai IMT/U seseorang sebesar >1 SD yang disebabkan karena faktor genetik, lingkungan, pola makan, seperti mengonsumsi minuman manis, makanan rendah serat, serta faktor gaya hidup, seperti aktivitas fisik rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pola konsumsi minuman manis, serat, dan pola aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi lebih pada remaja putri berusia 16 – 18 tahun di Purwokerto.
Metode : Penelitian cross sectional pada 51 sampel berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan secara daring dan luring menggunakan kuesioner FFQ untuk mengetahui pola konsumsi minuman manis dan serat, serta GPAQ untuk mengetahui pola aktivitas fisik. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman.
Hasil Penelitian : Remaja putri gizi lebih sebanyak 66,7%, sedangkan remaja putri obesitas sebanyak 33,3%. Remaja putri dengan status gizi lebih (35,29%) sering mengonsumsi minuman manis. Remaja putri obesitas (17,65%) jarang mengonsumsi serat. Aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan seluruh responden termasuk ringan. Tidak ada hubungan antara pola konsumsi minuman manis (p=0,435), serat (p=0,451), dan aktivitas fisik (p=0,825) dengan status gizi lebih.
Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan antara pola konsumsi minuman manis, serat, dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi lebih.

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Background : Adolescent is a period of transition from children to adults. Overweight and obesity is indicated by a Z-Score value of >1 SD caused by genetic factors, environment, diet pattern, such as consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages, low-fiber foods, and lifestyle factors, such as lack of physical activity. This research aimed to analyze the association between consumption pattern of sugar-sweetened beverages, fiber, and physical activity with overweight and obesity.
Methods : This cross-sectional research took 51 samples based on purposive sampling techniques. This research was conducted online and offline using FFQ to determine the consumption patterns of sugar-sweetened beverages and fiber, and GPAQ questionnaire to determine the physical acivity. Data analysis is performed using Spearman Rank correlations.
Results : It is known that adolescent girls with overweight as much as 66.7%, while adolescent girls with obese as much as 33.3%. Adolescent girls with overweight (35,29%) are more likely to consume sugar-sweetened beverages. Adolescent girls with obese (17,65%) rarely consume fiber. The physical activity carried out by all respondents included light. There was no association between consumption patterns of sugar-sweetened beverages (p=0,435), fiber (p=0,451), and physical activity (p=0,825) with overweight and obesity.
Conclusion : There was no association between consumption patterns of sugar-sweetened beverages, fiber, and pattern of physical activity with overweight and obesity.
