| Judul Artikel | Efektivitas Edukasi Online Pencegahan HIV AIDS untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Sindangkasih Kabupaten Ciamis |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Salah satu penyebab tingginya HIV/AIDS pada remaja adalah rendahnya pengetahuan HIV/AIDS, sehingga remaja perlu diberikan edukasi online yang berkaitan dengan pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Hasil wawancara diketahui 7 dari 11 (63,7%) remaja tidak tahu pengertian dan pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas edukasi online pencegahan HIV/AIDS untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Sindangkasih Kabupaten Ciamis. Metodologi : Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pretest-posttest with control group. Variabel penelitian : pengetahuan dan sikap. Populasi penelitian : kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sindangkasih. Sampel dibagi menjadi : kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 54 responden dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 54 responden yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling. Kelompok eksperimen diberi edukasi metode ceramah dan leaflet pencegahan HIV/AIDS, kelompok kontrol diberi leaflet pencegahan Covid-19. Pengumpulan data melalui pengisian angket. Analisis data : Uji Wilcoxon dan Uji Mann Whitney. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil analisis Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan, pada kelompok eksperimen, ada perbedaan pengetahuan (p value = 0,000) dan sikap (p value = 0,000) sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi online. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol, tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan (p value = 0,261) dan sikap (p value = 0,099) sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi online. Hasil Uji Mann Whitney, pengetahuan dan sikap diperoleh p value = 0,000 dengan effect size (Cohen’s d) sebesar 3,87 dan 4,91. Hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja pada kelompok ekperimen dan kelompok kontrol tentang pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Kesimpulan : Edukasi online efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja dalam pencegahan HIV/AIDS. |

Inggris) | Background : One of the causes of the high HIV/AIDS in adolescents is the lack of knowledge of adolescents regarding HIV/AIDS, so adolescents need to get online education related to HIV/AIDS prevention. The result of the interview revealed 7 out of 11 (63,7%) adolescent didn’t know the meaning and the prevention of HIV/AIDS. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online education of HIV/AIDS prevention to improve the knowledge and attitude of youth in SMA Negeri 1 Sindangkasih districk of Ciamis. Methods : This study used a quantitative approach pretest posttest with control group. The variables : knowledge and attitude. The study population : class X in SMA Negeri 1 Sindangkasih. There are 54 respondents of experimental group and 54 respondents of control group selected by simple random sampling. The experimental group was given online education of HIV/AIDS prevention and leaflet, while the control group was given leaflet about Covid-19 prevention. The data collected by questionnaire. The data analyzed : Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test. Results : This results of the Wilcoxon test analysis showed, in the experimental group there was a difference in knowledge (p value = 0.000) and attitudes (p value = 0.000) of adolescents before and after online education. While in the control group, there was no difference in knowledge (p value = 0.261) and attitudes (p value = 0.099) of adolescents before and after online education. The results of the Mann Whitney Test of knowledge and attitude variables obtained p value = 0.000 with effect size (Cohen’s d) is 3,87 and 4,91. These results can be concluded, there are differences on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents in the experimental group and the control group regarding HIV/AIDS prevention. Conclusion : Online education is effective for increasing the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents on HIV/AIDS prevention. |
