| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Profil Darah Ikan Nilem yang Dipelihara di Balai Benih Ikan Singasari, Desa Pabuaran dan Desa Jipang Kabupaten Banyumas. Salah satu komoditas unggulan pada sektor budidaya adalah ikan Nilem (Osteochilus vittatus). Status kesehatan ikan merupakan salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam kegiatan budidaya. Parameter yang dapat diamati untuk melihat status kesehatan ikan antara lain jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, kadar hematokrit, kadar glukosa darah dan differensiasi leukosit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil darah ikan Nilem ditinjau dari jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, kadar hematokrit, kadar glukosa darah dan differensiasi leukosit pada ikan Nilem (Osteochilus vittatus) yang dipelihara di BBI Singasari, UPR Desa Pabuaran dan UPR Desa Jipang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perbedaan sistem budidaya memberikan pengaruh yang relatif sama (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, kadar hematokrit, kadar glukosa darah, limfosit, monosit, dan polimorfonuklear ikan Nilem (Osteochilus vittatus). Hasil kualitas air mendapatkan kisaran suhu 260C -27,50C; pH 6; dan DO 6,4-7,3 pada tiap perlakuan dan masih berada pada batas optimal pemeliharaan ikan Nilem. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled the Blood Profile of Nilem Fish is kept in Balai Benih Ikan Singsari, Desa Pabuaran and Desa Jipang Kabupaten Banyumas. One of the leading commodities in the aquaculture sector is Nilem fish (Osteochilus vittatus). Fish health status is one of the important things that must be considered in aquaculture activities. Parameters that can be observed to see the health status of fish include the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, hematocrit levels, blood glucose levels and leukocyte differentiation. The purpose of this study was to determine the blood profile of Nilem fish in terms of the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, hematocrit levels, blood glucose levels and leukocyte differentiation in Nilem fish (Osteochilus vittatus) reared at BBI Singasari, UPR Desa Pabuaran and UPR Desa Jipang . The method used in this study was the observation. The results showed that different cultivation systems gave relatively the same effect (P>0,05) on the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, hematocrit levels, blood glucose levels, lymphocytes, monocytes and polymorphonuclear of Nilem fish (Osteochilus vittatus). The results of water quality get a temperature range of 26ºC -27,5ºC; pH 6; and DO 6,4-7.3 in each treatment and were still at the optimal limit of Nilem fish maintenance. |
