| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH PEMBERIAN YOGURT KECAMBAH KACANG HIJAU TERHADAP LINGKAR PINGGANG DAN TEBAL LEMAK TENAGA KESEHATAN |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan peningkatan stres tenaga kesehatan wanita. Stres mengakibatkan peningkatan asupan makan, yang berdampak pada besarnya lingkar pinggang dan tebal lemak. Produk pangan berupa yogurt kecambah kacang hijau (yocamio) kaya antioksidan fenolik, protein, serat, dan probiotik, diharapkan mampu memperbaiki status imun tenaga kesehatan dengan menurunkan lingkar pinggang dan tebal lemak. Metodologi : Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan desain Randomized Controlled Trial single blind. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Februari-Maret 2021 di Laboratorium Pengolahan Pangan dan Kuliner Ilmu Gizi Unsoed dan RS Sinar Kasih Purwokerto. Responden berjumlah 14 orang dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan (yocamio) dan kelompok kontrol (plasebo). Responden diintervensi dengan yocamio sebanyak 200 ml/hari selama 2 bulan. Diukur lingkar pinggang dan tebal lemak sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Data karakteristik responden dianalisis menggunakan uji independent sampe t-test dan mann whitney, perubahan lingkar pinggang dan tebal lemak dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan uji paired sampe t-test. Hasil Penelitian : Setelah dua bulan pemberian yocamio 200 mL/hari, terjadi penurunan rata-rata lingkar pinggang secara signifikan dari 93,71 cm menjadi 89,43 cm (p=0,017) dan penurunan rata-rata tebal lemak secara signifikan dari 16,6 mm menjadi 15,76 mm (p=0,013), dibandingkan kelompok plasebo. Kesimpulan : Pemberian yocamio 200 mL/hari selama 2 bulan terbukti mampu menurunkan lingkar pinggang (4,57%) dan tebal lemak (5,08%) tenaga kesehatan wanita obesitas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The Covid-19 pandemic causes an increase in stress for female health workers. Stress causes an increase in food intake, which has an impact on waist circumference and skinfold thickness. Food products such as mung beans sprouts yogurt (yocamio) rich in phenolic antioxidants, proteins, fibers, and probiotics are expected to improve the immune status of health workers by reducing waist circumference and skinfold thickness. Methodology: This study used a single blind Randomized Controlled Trial design. The research was carried out in February-March 2021 at the Food and Culinary Processing Laboratory, Department of Nutritional Science Unsoed, and Sinar Kasih Hospital, Purwokerto. The 14 respondents were divided into treatment groups (yocamio) and control groups (placebo). Respondents intervened with yocamio as much as 200 ml/day for 2 months. Waist circumference and skinfold thickness were measured before and after the intervention. Respondent characteristics data were analyzed using independent sample t-test and Mann Whitney, change of waist circumference and skinfold thickness were analyzed using Wilcoxon test and paired sample t-test. Results: After two months of intervention, there was a significant decrease in waist circumference from 93.71 cm to 89.43 cm (p=0.017) and a significant decrease in skinfold thickness from 16.6 mm to 15.76 mm. (p=0.013), compared to the placebo group. Conclusion: Giving yocamio 200 mL/day for 2 months has been shown to reduce waist circumference (4,57%) and skinfold thickness (5,08%) of obese female health workers. |
