| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi saat ini memberi dampak pada aspek pendidikan, dimana proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring. Dengan pengetahuan tentang pedoman gizi seimbang yang telah diperoleh pada saat perkuliahan, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini. Pengetahuan tentang pedoman gizi seimbang dapat menjadi dasar dalam memenuhi konsumsi gizi harian secara seimbang dan membangun imunitas tubuh yang baik untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan perilaku penerapan pedoman gizi seimbang mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Gizi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman sebelum dan saat masa pandemi Covid- 19. Metodologi: Penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan studi cross sectional, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 80 orang yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan kuesioner perilaku penerapan pedoman gizi seimbang dan form FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire). Pengambilan data dilakukan secara online dalam bentuk google form pada setiap angkatan melalui media sosial WhatsApp. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon (p<0,05). Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat perubahan perilaku penerapan pedoman gizi seimbang pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19 (p = 0,000), dan pola konsumsi makan saat masa pandemi Covid-19 (p = 0,018). Kesimpulan: Terdapat perubahan yang signifikan pada perilaku penerapan pedoman gizi seimbang dan pola konsumsi makan sebelum dan saat masa pandemi Covid-19. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The current Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the education aspect, where the learning process is carried out online. With the knowledge of balanced nutrition guidelines that have been obtained during lectures, students are expected to be able to apply them in daily life, include during the current Covid-19 pandemic. Knowledge of balanced nutrition guidelines can be the basis for fulfilling daily nutritional consumption in a balanced manner and building good body immunity to prevent Covid-19 infection. This study aims to determine the change in behavior in the application of balanced nutrition guidelines for students of Nutritional Science Departement at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: Analytical research that emphasizing study Cross-sectional, using 80 respondents that required inclusions criteria. The research data was taken with a behavioral questionnaire on the application of balanced nutrition guidelines and the FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire) form. Data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire in the form of a google form for each batch through WhatsApp social media. Statistical analysis was tested by the Wilcoxon test (p<0.05). Results: There was a change in behavior in the application of balanced nutrition guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic with a p-value is 0.000, and consumption patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic with a p-value is 0.018. Conclusion: There has been a change in behavior in the application of balanced nutrition guidelines and food consumption patterns before and during the Covid- 19 pandemic. |
