| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pendidikan merupakan hak setiap orang karena dengan pendidikan, maka akan terlaksana pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia untuk perkembangan serta pembangunan negara. Namun sayangnya, masih banyak anak-anak indonesia yang tidak dapat mengakses pendidikan, salah satunya anak-anak pekerja migran indonesia di malaysia. Pemerintah indonesia telah bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak untuk memberikan bantuan akses pendidikan kepada anak-anak di malaysia, salah satunya dengan menghadirkan beasiswa afirmasi pendidikan tinggi tki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal terhadap prestasi penerima beasiswa afirmasi pendidikan tinggi tki malaysia. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 orang. Variabel bebas (x) pada penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu x1 (internal) dan x2 (eksternal) sedangkan variabel terikat (y) yaitu hasil ipk. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat analisis, yaitu deskriptif persentase dan juga chi square. Pada analisis deskriptif persentase, faktor internal mempengaruhi prestasi belajar para responden yaitu 69,5% dengan kriteria ‘tinggi’. Pada perhitungan chi square didapatkan hasil : (a) intelegensi mempengaruhi prestasi dengan p value= 0,023 dan x2=14,652; (b) kesehatan tidak mempengaruhi prestasi karena p value= 0,11 dan x2= 10,293 dimana lebih besar t-tabel dibandingkan t hitung; (c)bakat mempengaruhi prestasi dengan p value=0,013 dan x2=16,042; (d) minat mempengaruhi terhadap prestasi dengan p value=0,014 dan x2=15,881. Pada analisi deskriptif persentase, faktor eksternal mempengaruhi prestasi belajar sebesar 76% dengan kriteria “tinggi”. Pada perhitungan chi square didapatkan hasil : (a) keluarga mempengaruhi prestasi dengan p value= 0,021 dan x2=14,916; (b) teman sebaya mempengaruhi prestasi dengan p value= 0,036 dan x2= 13,421; (c)pendidikan mempengaruhi prestasi dengan p value=0,036 dan x2=13,424; (d) lingkungan masyarakat mempengaruhi prestasi dengan p value=0,042 dan x2=14,526; (e) media massa mempengaruhi prestasi dengan p value = 0,013 dan x2=16,042 setiap indikator ini memiliki taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalahagar mahasiswa lebih bijak dalam mengatur waktu belajar dan istirahat agar berjalan seimbang dan tidak terjadi kelelahan. Selain itu orang tua dan saudara terdekat juga perlu memberikan dukungan penuh bagi mahasiswa, baik lewat motivasi ataupun dukungan finansial, agar mahasiswa lebih mudah meraih prestasi. |

The indonesian government has collaborated with various parties to provide assistance with access to education for children in malaysia, one of which is by presenting the tki higher education affirmation scholarship. This study aims to determine the influence of internal and external factors on the achievement of the recipients of the malaysian tki affirmation higher education scholarship. The number of samples in this study were 50 people. The independent variable (x) in this study is divided into two, namely x1 (internal) and x2 (external) while the dependent variable (y) is the result of gpa. This study uses two analytical tools, namely descriptive percentage and chi square. In the percentage descriptive analysis, internal factors affect the learning achievement of the respondents, namely 69.5% with the criteria of 'high'. In the chi square calculation, the results are: (a) intelligence affects achievement with p value = 0.023 and x2 = 14.652; (b) health does not affect achievement because p value = 0.11 and x2 = 10.293 where t-table is greater than t-count; (c) talent affects achievement with p value=0.013 and x2=16.042; (d) interest affects achievement with p value=0.014 and x2=15,881. In the percentage descriptive analysis, external factors affect learning achievement by 76% with the criteria of "High". In the chi square calculation, the results are: (a) family affects achievement with p value = 0.021 and x2 = 14,916; (b) peers influence achievement with p value = 0.036 and x2 = 13,421; (c) education affects achievement with p value=0.036 and x2=13,424; (d) community environment influences achievement with p value=0.042 and x2=14,526; (e) mass media affects achievement with p value = 0.013 and x2 = 16,042 each of these indicators has a significance level of 0.05. Suggestions that can be given are for students to be wiser in managing study and rest time so that they run in a balanced way and there is no fatigue. In addition, parents and closest relatives also need to provide full support for students, either through motivation or financial support, so that students can achieve achievements more easily. |
