Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengalisa pengaruh work family conflict dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention dengan stress kerja sebagai variable mediasi Studi Kasus PT DHL Express Bekasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian Billing project PT DHL Express. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan metode pengambilan sample purposive sampling. Data sampel diperoleh sebanyak 40 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjunjukan bahwa: work family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover intention, (2) job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, (3) Work Family Conflict berpengaruh negafik terhadap Stress kerja, (4) Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stress kerja, (5) stress kerja memediasi pengaruh antara work family conflict terhadap turn over intention, (6) stress kerja memediasi pengaruh antara Job insecurity terhadap turn over intention. Implikasi pada penelitian ini bahwa perusahaan perlu memerhatikan karywannya sebaik mungkin bukan hanya di dalam perusahaan tapi juga di dalam keluarga agar karyawan tidak mengalami turnover intention.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work family conflict and job insecurity on turnover intention with work stress as a mediating variable. Case Study of PT DHL Express Bekasi. The population in this study were employees of the Billing project of PT DHL Express. The research data was obtained by using a questionnaire with purposive sampling method. The sample data obtained were 40 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: work family conflict has a negative effect on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity has a positive effect on turnover intention, (3) work family conflict has a negative effect on work stress, (4) job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on work stress. , (5) job stress mediates the effect of work-family conflict on intention to change jobs, (6) job stress mediates the effect of job insecurity on intention to change jobs. The implication of this research is that companies need to value their employees as best they can, not within the company but also within the family so that employees do not experience the intention to move.
