Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi pupuk yang terbaik terhadap
pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan pada hidroponik sistem sumbu, mendaptkan
frekuensi pemberian pupuk yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman
kailan pada hidroponik sistem sumbu dan mengetahui interaksi antara konsentrasi
pupuk dan frekuensi pemberian pupuk terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan
pada hidroponik sistem sumbu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas
Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto pada Desember 2020 sampai
Februari 2021. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok
Lengkap (RAKL) terdri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama konsentrasi pupuk 100% AB mix
(Kontrol), 75% AB mix + 25% biourin kelinci, 50% AB mix + 50% biourin kelinci,
25% AB mix + 75% biourin kelinci, 100% biourin kelinci dan faktor kedua frekuensi
pemberian pupuk 4 hari sekali dan 6 hari sekali. Kedua Faktor dikombinasikan dan
didapatkan 30 unit percobaan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, luas
daun, panjang akar, volume akar, kehijauan daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman
kering, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tajuk segar dan bobot tajuk kering.
Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F pada taraf kesalahan 5% bila berpengaruh nyata
dilakukan uji lanjut menggunakan uji Duncant Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi 75% AB mix + 25% biourin kelinci meningkatkan tinggi
tanaman sebesar 21,38 cm dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi 100% biourin kelinci sebesar
6,21 cm. Frekuensi pemberian pupuk 6 hari sekali menigkatkan luas daun sebesar 82,10
cm2 dibandingkan dengan pemberian pupuk 4 hari sekali sebesar 62,86 cm2. Tidak
terdapat interaksi yang diberikan antara pemberian konsentrasi pupuk dan pemberian
frekuensi pupuk terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan.

Inggris)The research aimed to obtain the best concentration of fertilizer on the growth and yield of kailan plants in wick hydroponic system, get the best frequency of fertilizer application on the growth and yield of kailan plants on wick hydroponic system and determine the interaction between fertilizer concentration and frequency of fertilizer application on growth and yield of kailan plants on wick hydroponic system. This research was conducted at screen house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University, Purwokerto, from Desember 2018 until February 2019. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the contrentation of 100% AB mix (Control), 75% AB mix + 25% rabbit biourine, 50% AB mix + 50% rabbit biourine, 25% AB mix + 75% rabbit biourine, 100% rabbit biourine and the second factor is frequency fertilizer application every 4 days and every 6 days. The two factors were combined and 30 experimental units were obtained. The variables observed included plant height, leaf area, root length, root volume, leaf greenness, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh root weight, dry root weight, fresh crown weight and dry crown weight. Data were analyzed using the F test at an error level of 5% if it had a significant effect, further testing was carried out using the Duncant Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed a concentration of 75% AB mix + 25% rabbit biourine increased plant height by 21.38 cm compared to a concentration of 100% rabbit biourine by 6.21 cm. The frequency of fertilizer application every 6 days increased leaf area by 82.10 cm2 compared to the application of fertilizer every 4 days by 62.86 cm2. There was no interaction between the concentration of fertilizer and the frequency of fertilizer application on the growth and yield of kailan plants.
