| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tomat ceri menjadi salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi dan masih memerlukan penanganan serius, terutama dalam hal peningkatan hasilnya dan kualitas buahnya. Pemanfaatan pupuk organik cair urin sapi diharapkan menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas buah tomat ceri dan hasil tomat ceri dengan tetap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu : 1) Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair urin sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat ceri pada Inceptisol, 2) Mendapatkan konsentrasi optimum pupuk organik cair urin sapi yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan maupun hasil tanaman tomat ceri pada Inceptisol. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house yang berlokasi di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Banyumas dan Laboratorium Agronomi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Januari 2021 hingga April 2021. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan perlakuan pupuk organik cair urin sapi yang terdiri diri 7 taraf, yaitu : tanpa POC (kontrol 1), pupuk NPK dosis rekomendari (kontrol 2), 50 ml POC + 50 ml air, 50 ml POC + 150 ml air, 50 ml POC + 250 ml air, 50 ml POC + 350 ml air dan 50 ml POC + 450 m1 air. Dengan konsentrasi 1000ml/air (P2), 333,333ml/l air (P3), 200ml/l air (P4), 142,85 ml/l air (P5), 111,111 ml/l air (P6). Perlakuan diulang 4 kali sehingga terdapat 28 unit percobaan. Unit percobaan tiga polibag yang masing-masih berisi satu tanaman. Data pengamatan dianalisis, apabila f hitung > f tabel dilanjutkan dengan uji LSD pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pemberian pupuk organik cair urin sapi memberikan hasil yang baik terhadap variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga, jumlah buah pertanaman dan bobot buah pertanaman tomat ceri pada Inceptisol, perlakuan 111,111ml/l (P6) merupakan perlakuan yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman tomat pada tinggi tanaman dengan rata-rata 198,73 cm, jumlah daun 196,08 helai, jumlah bunga 19,67, jumlah buah pertanaman 7,92 ( butir), dan bobot buah pertanaman 127,08 g, hal ini di sebabkan karena kepekatan suatu pupuk mempengaruhi penyerapan unsur hara oleh tanaman. |

Inggris) | Cherry tomatoes are one of the horticultural commodities that have high economic value and still require serious handling, especially in terms of increasing yields and fruit quality. The use of liquid organic fertilizer of cow urine is expected to be one of the efforts to improve the quality of cherry tomatoes and cherry tomato yields while preserving the environment. The aims of this study were: 1) To determine the effect of giving cow urine liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of cherry tomato plants on Inceptisols, 2) To obtain the optimum concentration of organic cow urine liquid fertilizer that could support the growth and yield of cherry tomato plants on Inceptisols. The research was conducted in a screen house located in Melung Village, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas and Agronomy Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. This research was conducted from January 2021 to April 2021. The experimental design used was a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with cow urine liquid organic fertilizer treatment consisting of 7 levels, namely: without POC (control 1), recommended dose of NPK fertilizer ( control 2), 50 ml POC + 50 ml water, 50 ml POC + 150 ml water, 50 ml POC + 250 ml water, 50 ml POC + 350 ml water and 50 ml POC + 450 m1 water. With a concentration of 1000ml/water (P2), 333.333ml/l water (P3), 200ml/l water (P4), 142.85 ml/l water (P5), 111.111 ml/l water (P6). The treatment was repeated 4 times so that there were 28 experimental units. The experimental unit was three polybags, each containing one plant. Observational data were analyzed, if f count > f table followed by LSD test at 5% level. The results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer cow urine gave good results on the observation variables of plant height, number of leaves, number of flowers, number of fruit planted and fruit weight of cherry tomatoes planted on Inceptisol, treatment of 111.111 ml/l (P6) was a different treatment. able to increase the growth of tomato plants on plant height with an average of 198.73 cm, number of leaves 196.08 strands, number of flowers 19.67, number of fruit planted 7.92 (grains), and weight of fruit planted 127.08 g, p. This is because the concentration of a fertilizer affects the absorption of nutrients by plants. |
